Tab Pro 8.4 WIFI Bootloop - Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, 10.1, 8.4 Q&A, Help & Trouble

Hey,
I wanted to update my CM11 from the 28/8th nightly to the 29/9th nightly... so I downloaded the new version and new gapps (pa stock package). Then I flashed it as usual through TWRP and rebooted. The Tab just kept rebooting right in the unlock-screen after booting. Ok.. so I ended up doing a full wipe incl. system-wipe and flashed those two packages again. Reboot. Now what? Still rebooting, now directly in the laguage-selection screen from CM11, 2 secs after booting.
???
Ok... so I wanted to flash an original package through ODIN 3.09.
ODIN seems to be weird, too...
SECURE CHECK: fail
aboot.mbn FAIL(Auth)
.... aahhhhhh.... what's going on?!?!?!
I cannot seem to get this device back working right now.... plz - some1 help!

Bootloops After ODIN back to Stock Firmware

Hi guys,
I have the t-mobile s6 edge
After messing around with my device last night and this morning, I decided to go back to stock for a bit.
I have ODIN 3.10.6. I went into download mode on my phone. extracted the stock firmware from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6-edge/general/sm-g925f-s6-firmware-thread-t3078841
loaded the "G925TUVU1AOCG_G925TTMB1AOCG_G925TUVU1AOCG_HOME.tar.md5" file into the ap box for odin
connected my phone to computer, odin recognized it. hit start. ran successfully. rebooted, android guy came up briefly and said installing system update, then it changed to "Erasing..." then it rebooted again
now it's just bootloops forever after the tmobile screen. I can boot to recovery and it says installing system update each time I boot to recovery, but selecting reboot system there shows a no command error. force the phone to power off... power on again to bootloops.
tried to go into download mode again and reflash everything through odin, same issue!
I started last night by rooting using chainfire, then installing TWRPv2, then I flashed the 5.1.1 ROM available from @eousphoros (sorry for the tag, just thought you might want to be apprised of the issues in getting back to stock after using the 5.1.1 ROM).
with 5.1.1 loaded, smart switch didn't recognize the phone for a reset so I decided to go with the ODIN method and now i'm in bootloop city
any help would be greatly appreciated

You probably need to do a factory reset
In the future you should make a full backup before installing a rom

AHH!! Sorry to have made this post... here's what I did to get it actually boot:
reflahed the stock firmware through odin again, tried to reboot, it failed, obviously. rebooted to recovery, factory reset in recovery, power down option in recovery, then turned the phone on again and it magically worked!
hopefully this post will help someone who encountered the same issue

I had the same excat same thing happen when flashing this via Odin. I didnt need to Odin stock twice though . I just booted stock recovery and did a factory reset. After that I went ahead an powered down and rebooted . All good now
How long did you have to wait in the stock recovery to get past the "installing system update" screen? Mine just sits there and I'm unable to view other options in recovery.
EDIT for noobs (like me): wait 30 seconds on the "installing system update" screen.
I'm still stuck in boot loop
Im in the same exact situation , but I'm still stuck in boot loop. I followed your restore instructions and nothing. Please help.

Looks here, may apply to your case. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=63226466
Pp.
I initially used odin to flash OI1 update, after a rom I was using caused problems and I got bootloop. It changed bootloader value to b:3 and I'm unable to downgrade now so I used smart switch which didn't recognize device so used emergency recovery and still bootloop. I have factory reset and wipe cache multiple times along with adb side load and individual flashes of bootloader, modem, kernel, flashed custom kernel and twrp to access fix permissions and to mount partitions with advanced wipe etc and still wont boot past logo. Also during one fix attempt phone said can't mount system.. Idk I'm not understanding where the problem is .everything says successful but I'm still in bootloop. Please help. I've spent hours everyday for the past week searching & trying different things that seem might help so open to any suggestions.
Problem with Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini GT-I9195
Hi everyone
I'm new to the whole ROM flashing and using Odin. I had a bootloop problem and recovery mode showed all the options but has a green android man laying down with red icon above him and No Command below the android man. Tried the factory wipe and cache wipe but it gives some red writing with the word failed in the coding and the word error under the android man. Tried to flash a stock ROM from sammobile using Odin. Odin gives a pass but the same problems persist. Can someone please help?
any solution, i have this problem to? only bootloop, nothing else. Updatet bootloader with 4up

can anyone help me
im flashed phone whit dis frimwer from anroide 7 G925TUVS6FRC1_G925TTMB6FRC1_TMB
im dawnloaded this frimwer 4Files-G925TTMB3EPD1-6.0.1-By-NoLoGiG but not work or not flashed have error

i have bricked my note 2 i317 help

I had TWRP 2870
i was running cm 11 cough made
everything was fine for a few days then realized that i could only receive text messages and my lte was always dropping out. So I verified my APN setting with my wife's i317 and made all adjustments as needed but no help. so i just got fed up with it all and reinstalled from a backup that i made of stock 4.4.2 everything worked then last night my phone received an OTA from AT&T but because I had TWRP it would not install. I am assuming that it was the stage freight update so (all the trouble began) I used a back to stock recovery using a back to stock sticky that i found and it worked it took me all the way back to stock recovery and 4.1.2 I think and then after installing all necessary updates I went to about device and check for updates and it downloaded a update I don't remember the file size but under 500 megs. then it restarted and installed it then rebooted and it would not go past the samsung logo I have tried everything but a pit file or something like that the only thing i have access to is download mode. when I tried going back to stock 4.4.2 using odin3 v.1.85 and flashed I317-UCUCNE5-Stock.tar odin says all is good and I get very happy but the stupid phone wont boot it gets stuck at the same samgung logo for 30mins. help me. please! Im stuck using the captivate untill i get this fixed.
And you cannot boot into recovery using the 3 button combo ??
If yes ....wipe data...factory reset the device...and wipe the cache as well...g
Edit:
The Update will put the device to UCUCNJ1 official and will lock you into the Knox bootloader as well.
The only 4.1.2 reverts from this point forward cannot contain the bootloader image or softbrick will occur....g

Bootloop!! help please...BASEBAND: UNKNOWN

I'm at my wits end. I just got the MM update about 2 weeks ago And thought it was time to install a custom recovery (TWRP 3.0.0.1) which works with MM. After i installed the recovery i flashed superuser 2.68 in TWRP. Rebooted and went into titanium that caused the phone reboot.. Restarted phone several times and it would do the same thing...so I decided to flash MM stock (Odin v 3.10.7) I downloaded from Samsung and now I'm stuck in a boot loop... Its gets to the setting up the device and it sits there for about 30 seconds and reboots. When it restarts it starts where it left off..setting up...sits about 30 and reboots. It never gets to the home screen. Just reboots over and over. I've tried flashing older firmwares...wiping data.system...booting into stock recovery... Factory resets..clearing caches flashing custom ROMs in TWRP..nothing works...any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks
Just in case the MM Stock build that you got was a bad download, go here: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24438995911976855 Check MD5 before flashing.
Here is the link for TWRP 3.0.0.1 that works on Marshmallow - https://mega.nz/#!mNhhGJ7a!BT-K-obneqUJMf86PVj-Qa4CCu-o75oudQoEOhicuGo (Don't let Odin reboot, manually go into recovery.)
This link for SuperSU - http://download.chainfire.eu/924/SuperSU/BETA-SuperSU-v2.68-20160228150503.zip (Flash in TWRP)
If you need further help, you can PM me and I will try to assist.

This is the build originally posted by Sunderwear, which I then mirrored on Android File Host so that it has an MD5 for verification.
I successfully used it with Odin 3.10.6 to update my phone. AFH shows 202 downloads and all have seemed to have worked.

got it to finally boot to the home screen...see the attachments...baseband: uknown
still reboots after a minute or so
if you have issue on 6.0.1, just try the 5.1.1 latest OL1 again.
- flash 5.1.1 OL1 via odin.
- it would be stuck on logo screen if you flash from 6.0.1.
- turn off the phone, boot into stock recovery by 3 buttons.
- factory reset.
- reboot to system.
... and see if your phone works well again.
- if it works well, then your updating to 6.0.1 have some wrong steps somewhere.
- if it still reboots non-stop, i guess it's hardware's failure.

Okay, it really sounds like a hardware issue at this point. I'd bring it back to Sprint.
At least I was able to help you get back to a point that you can return it.

Weird n7100 bootloop

Hi i was helping my friend to update his firmware. after doing so the phone is now stuck in a weird bootloop. i had seen my fair share of bootloops but this seems weirder than others. the n7100 logo would loop very quickly (sorta like flash) and keeps doing so. can't enter recovery mode at all, only download mode. plug it to odin and whatever i can throw at it i just got nand write start fail, be it twrp, multiple versions of stock rom. im at the end of my wits, so what should i try next? thank you for any input
What is the Odin error when trying to flash the latest stock ROM from sammobile.com? Tried different USB cables and USB ports?
I kinda have/had the same problem.
N7100 logo would bootloop quiet fast (doesn't get to the point where it should load the rom).
Can't enter recovery bc of that.
Only thing that works is download mode.
After trying to flash newest stock rom (4.4.2) it failed once (I think my cable gets too old...)
Next try it worked without a problem.
Problem persists.
Next step was flashing an older repair firmware (4.1.2) but it failed (I think bc of the 4.4.2 bootloader? IDK)
Then I tried to flash the newest stock again but with the pit file. Flashed without a problem but the problem was still there.
Last step I made was to flash the newest stock with the pit file and nand erase + update bootloader.
Tried it 2 times but it failed.
Now I'm stuck on the "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again."
Download mode got a red message also: "RPMB: INVALID RPMB DATA"
I don't know what to do now. Please help.
PS: It was a "new" motherboard from aliexpess, it had a chinese version of the stock 4.1.2 if I remember right and was already rooted when I installed it. I wanted to flash the newest 4.4.2 for the new modem and stuff and then upgrade to lineage. :/

S4 mini I9195 revertback to stock problem.

hi, i just sold this phone and they want it back to stock. It had cyanogenmod on it, but i cant remember which one probably cm11. so i went to odin 3.09 and get a UK (BTU) rom from samsung-updates.com. the phone was stuck at the boot logo. okay. so i had another rom and i was try to use odin3.10.6 with no luck. at this point i tried to Re-Partition the phone because i thought CM using a diferent file system. it is now stuck at the samsung galaxy logo. and odin3 gives an error if i try to flash these 2 roms again. (i downloading other ones but it is free slow speed and 1 at a time)
I get 'Secure Check Fail: aboot' so i think the baseband version is not good. if i get a non uk version is it still be the same and english language? or will it have another network's boot logo or anything?
i still can get to the download mode, i just need to know as long as that works this can be saved. if not then i wont waste my time.
i managed to install latest twrp and then flash lineage os. i had some error messages, but the rom boots up and seems like it is working fine. how can i find out which stock rom i need to get it boot up after odin3 flashed?
so after that i flashed a stock rom with odin, but then i had no wifi. i need a good stock rom for Uk model.
edit: okay i flashed another one and now it is all up and running, probably the modem version wasn't match. so thanks for the help! (for myself )
Maybe it will help for someone in the future, i hope. greetings from the past!
