How can I check if I have HD-voice enabled?

On my HTC 10 with stock 1.80.401.3 I can't find any settings related to Video Calling and I can't find any option to enable it.
Also I don't have an "Advanced Calling" menu on my Settings section. On Verizon site it seems Verizon models have both.
Is that normal? I mean, is Europe models stripped of this functionality? Or was it non-existent from the start?
If not how can I enable it?
As a side note I have 4G enabled both on my phone and my carrier.
I dont have the option either. Try an app from the playstore.

Does anyone know how to enable VOLTE? I can't figure out how to make data and voice to work simultaneously.
I enabled it in *#*#4636# *#* menu. Now if I can just figure out how to get Wi-Fi calling working.

Is there a way to get native video call support in MZP?
I tried the following, but it still doesn't work:
Enabled Enhanced 4G (VoLTE) in Network Settings.
Changed the Bearer to "LTE" in APN settings.
Used Jio Voice 4G app.
I'm able to make native voice calls but there is no option to make/receive native video calls.

i have a moto z2 play xt1710-08 with android 8.
My Italian operator enabled the VOLTE calls but my Motorola when I call, it switches from 4G to 3G. In the settings I have no entry to enable VOLTE.
So I entered into the secret menu. Here I have both the VOLTE and CALLS WITH WIFI but they are not enabled and I cannot enable them as you see in the screenshot.
How can I enable the VOLTE?

I had a similar problem. I would call your Italian operator back, and once again, ask them to enable VoLTE on your line/account/number. Then, power cycle your phone.
I had the same problem with my USA operator. I called, and got thru to their Tech Support. The Tech Support person started to give me a lecture that VoLTE has been enabled on all accounts, and he stopped his lecture when he saw it wasn't actually enabled for me. He enables it. I power cycled my phone, the Provisioning VoLTE is now shown un-gray'ed, and I flip the slide switch on.
