Need to upgrade from 4.2.2 to 4.4 - Sprint LG G2

Hi everyone.
I live in Pakistan and I have just bought a used LG G2 LS-980 32GB Sprint Variant. and it's working perfectly fine.
It's running official 4.2. It's rooted and SUPER SU as well as Busy Box is also installed on it. I don't know if any custom recovery is currently installed on it neither I know how to check it.
** Points to remember, Sprint is not a Network currently present in Pakistan.
I've been using a local network "Mobilink" . Mobilink is using the following frequency( GSM on 900 MHZ & 1800 MHZ & 3G on 2100 MHZ) on my G2.
I am not sure whether it has been unlocked to work here in Pakistan with local networks or not.
Now I want to upgrade to it's official 4.4 so please guide me the procedure. Also I want to make sure that my local network "Mobilink" will work on it after upgrading to 4.4.
- Thanks

[Q] GSM GNexus showing 4G?! Not n00by, just nosy ;) And curios...

Hey guys! I'm running Jack Pham AOKP 35 (All pirated apps removed)
It's a nice ROM (apart from the pirated apps), but since I updated, it shows 4G... I know for a fact, that my network operator has got LTE masts, but then again, my phone is GSM, see where my problem is? The internet speed hasn't changed, nor the quality, so I'm thinking it's a mod in the ROM, tricking people, into thinking, they've got 4G, but they're running on HSPA+...
Here is the screenshot:

I'm new to AOKP, so I don't want to search and mod myself, yet... (I on't know, if the code is different, than on/in AOSP)
The GSM does not have lte radio. That rom just decided to change the icon to 4g.
they've just taken the "4G" icon from an LTE ROM and put it on the GSM ROM when you're connected to HSPA+.

LTE on Bell Canada?

Hi guys,
I got 2 days ago an LTE SIM card and I'm trying to setup the option "LTE/GSM auto" in my GT-I9250, without success.
This is how my settings look:

I got the phone from Google Store. When I select the option from drop-down menu, it pushes it back to "WCDMA preferred". I called the tech support and they told me that the LTE option is enabled on my phone account. What am I missing? Bell offers LTE AWS (1700 MHz) and LTE (700 MHz), does the Nexus have support for these bands? If any of Bell users managed to switch their Nexus to LTE, please let me know what you did.
Thanks for your help.
The gsm nexus doesn't have an lte chip. as far as I know lte won't work with that phone.

I want to buy a phone on EBAY to use in New Zealand, Australia

[Q] Cant figure out the country version of my LG Optimus G Pro

1) I recently purchased a LG Optimus G Pro from a shop. It had Android JB installed on it. While reading its specs details on gsmarena, it found out that my mobile android version could be upgraded to KitKat using OTA. But I am unable to find software update app installed on my phone. I have doubts that the stock ROM of my phone was replaced with some custom ROM but I am not sure. How do I confirm if my phone's had custom ROM or stock ROM?
2) How can I find out whether this phone is an "International" variant or some other like "Korean"? For the hint, I have attached the screenshot showing the software version and other details of my mobile.
