I'm owner of a Nokia X for about a week and since Monday (as I remember), I'm facing a weird problem. When I charge, the indicator for battery stucks in a price that doesn't exist and the device gets hot. If I power it off though, it charges normally and if I turn it on, I have the actual price (again stuck, of course). Had the same issue on discharge, but... magically now works fine!
Tried Battery Calibration App without sucess. Also, I used many different chargers. Any ideas?
(The device uses miniROM, if it depends somewhere)

Please take care of it, I'm having the problem both on charge/discharge now.
well it looks like its not only a MiniROM bug i'm with the same issue on the stock 1.1.2.2 its not even rooted any ideas how can it be fixed
I have faced the same bug in Lewa OS. Did a factory reset and works fine (until now)

For about 2 weeks (if I remember well), the indicator works fine for me. Currently on AOSP Aurora ROM, if it matters...

The problem was solved after reset. But my XL is facing major bugs, camera not working in Lewa OS. The Dev is working hard to fix the bug

I believe only a few devs have tried modding the Nokia XL. In comparison to X of course...

Thats because Nokia hasnt released source code for the device. Stilll.

After the cancellation of the X Project, I believe it will never be released... :crying:

i just bought pixel 2 xl how i turn on Camera HAL HDR+?
I've already updated 8.1 and I do not find the Option of developing
its on by default now.

@oraned: That depends. I assume you know what root is, but why do you need to root? If you can't answer that question, don't root.

Yea, That would be great especially that our Smartisan R1 uses ths same sensor in Google Pixel 3 which is Sony IMX363

Hi, just received my R1 and trying to download the link but it doesn't work. It downloads fine on my 360 Q5 plus but in my R1 it just closed the window Diego and then reopens it! Any ideas what to

Go to options/advanced/FIX and check the buffer fix. It will work good :good:

Here is the version I am using. P3v7p1_GoogleCamera. It's awesome! Go for it and you won't regret. It's fully working and it's made specificly for Pixels

Here is what I have come to prefer, it works only if you are rooted or can edit the following file in any other way. Go into /system/build.prop and change the following,
ro.product.model=Pixel XL to ro.product.model=Pixel 3 XL
ro.product.name=marlin to ro.product.name=crosshatch (2 instances)
This way you get all feature of Pixel 3 and the camera app updates via playstore.

I was asking which camera port firesword14 is using, because he only said "Here is what I have come to prefer..." and then says to change the build prop, but he never says which camera he is using.

Brother, I am using Pixel 1 XL and I already told you which one works best and fully works. Also, It's made specifically for our device. Believe you won't find any better. I have tried them all.

I've been using camera PX on Android 9 for almost a year now and it seems to be what I keep going back to it works great I don't have any problems and the astral photography feature works flawlessly. Stock ROM Magisk Root and ED Xposed. All stock aside from that

xso i wanan ask if gcam mod on pixel xl have teh same issues like on other phones: motorola one plus etc - a white dots on bright yellow orange red surfaces?
After multiple gcam apks, and modules. I finally found a working APK for telephoto lens. I am on AEX btw.
So, first you need this magisk module by @fu24 :

*Note The newer module by @fu24 breaks night sight, so this version recommended
Then install one of these APKs by

Huh, I never knew that you switch it like that. Yes, it works, but I notice that the pictures are a bit darker and grainier than pixel 2 mods. So I would stick with the pixel 2 mod.

Did you also install tissot cam patch by nhappyman n joey huab?
For comparison, this was taken from gcam 5, tele and wide
And this was from gcam 6, normal and night sight, tele and wide.
