No , Portrait mode works only in rear camera.

Ok bro thanx for info ,currently in lineageos also only rear camera works

It's literally shared across so many forums and in telegram

When it is not producing greenish photos, the app is crashing on redmi 5 plus with camera2api enabled on MiUi

sometimes crashes, portrait mode works in front and rear camera EIS working too
i am running stock miui (Stable eu)

wait a minute to add the link to the older version because the new link(apk) doesn't work (force closing)

i am uploading it right now but it gonna take 6 min(Aprox)

working to my aosp extended rom even i dont have cam2api. thanks for this.

As i noticed the best apk of gcam it's Arthur gcam, but fortunately the last 2 updates was buggy more than the previous. So hope someone contact to dev so he support our r5+. Thanks

The Arnova's One Plus 3 version, works too but it's unstable

HDR doesn't seem to be working

HDR does not work on my P20 Lite. The whole point of that camera software is HDR or HDR+ - fantastic noise reduction. Can someone make this port happen? Thank you.

Yes, it works (P20lite user)

Hey. How did yuu make it work on P20 Lite? Are you sure that HDR +works? Can you see great noise reduction?

I can't post the url but you should be able to easyly google it.
1. Install the app and give all permissions.
2. Go to settings, "BSG MOD" --> Input Model --> Pixel 3XL for Rear & Front
3. BSG MOD --> Saturation --> Highlight Sat to 2.5 and Shadow Sat to 3 for both back and front camera.
4. Go to settings --> advanced --> turn On all the switches except HEVC/H.265 one.
5. Restart the app

I can not get it to work, the camera only activates when I enter panoramic mode and video mode.

Make sure you picked pixel 3xl crosshatch not blueline.

This camera sucks.
First photo was made with stock camera using HDR mode
Second photo was made with this Gcam mod using HDR+

To fix this issue go to setting > color values > manual fixed black level offset > fix black level front camera and select 15.80?

Go to settings, about, turn on advanced mode, restart app. Go to settings, hdr+ control(one which has a sub menu), saturation adjustments, adjust highlights to 2.2 & saturation to 2.0 for back camera. That works best for now or else tweak according to your liking. If you wanna click 48 mp shots then use the potrait mode. Front cam in this gcam works at 4 mp only but its images beat the 16 mp stock camera app images.

Seriously, mine works just fine. Clear its data, give it all the permission required from therein only and then open the app again.
