May be the battery stats got corrupted after you install the nandroid backup. May be a factory reset from the security settings rather than the from the cwm recovery, might fix the issues. I had the similar problem once and I managed to fix it by that way. All the best.

I will try

[Q] Problem with phone already activated on VERIZON INC2

Dear All
first of all, sorry for my bad language.
my problem started when i purchased an used Inc2 from swappa, i am expert in flashing ROMs for HTC phones.
when i got the phone, i s-off, installed recovery and installed custom ROM supports GSM, as i am living outside USA, and everything was good (GSM and data)
one day, suddenly the phone was not able to get a H data, only E, so i decided to factory reset to solve the problem, i return to stock ROM using RUU, then when i turn it on for the first time i discovered that its still connected to verizon Network and gave me a roaming signal, i know nothing about verizon network or how to disconnect my phone from their service.
don't tell me to contact the original owner, because i purchased this phone more than one year ago and i totally forgot from whom i toke it.
THE MAIN PROBLEM NOW, every time i insert my local SIM, the phone switch from roaming mode (CMDA) to global mode (GSM), which is OK, but when i receive or make a call, it restarts automatically !!!!
i had tried all the ROM, RUU, radios in the development section, with no hope, so, i think the problem is occur from the conflict between CMDA signal an GSM signal!!!???!! or something else, so i guess the first thing i have to do is disconnect the verizon service, BUT HOW?? somebody please help me
any thoughts folks?
Can you post your phone's settings, mainly the ones under "About Phone" including kernel, mobile network type, service state & software information, etc.?
With a local Sim card, it is possible that you device would boot up & switch to Global Mode (by default) with preference for CDMA, but you should be able to manually change it & semi-lock it to GSM only? What happens when you tried that?
There is a # of GSM only Rom that you can flash, assuming you've rooted it again & maintained S-Off with a custom recovery re-installed - and, that it was properly Sim unlocked.
Im on GSM with chilly's beanstalk 1.30 (4.2.2) and I have no problems, check if a wipe with antivenomSDW, helps.

Are you shure that your SIM card work?
IF yes and it dosent work you can go in:
Settings > (Connection Tab) > More network > Mobile Network > Network Operators
Now it will display : Searching... (wait nd after select Virgin Mobile
if it still dosent work, make shure that your sime card does work on a stock Virgin Mobile Phone
If that still didnt fix your problem mabye a facory reset may fix your device.
*** Warning by doing that you will loose all your data that is on your phone ***
Download Kies 3 on your PC
on kies 3 go into: > tool > emergency firmware upgrade and intialisation
enter your phone model : SGH-I747
after they ask your S/N (that you can found under your phone under the battery on the sticker)
after they ask you to put your phone into download mode (turn off your phone hold power + volume down + home button at the same time then when you are going to see a warning (on your phone) just press volum up to continue)
And kies will unoot ( if the phone is rooted) and restaure the stock android firware no rooted (4.3)
And VoilĂ ! just have to wait till its done
Give me some feedback if it worked or not!
I tried all of that but it still does not receive cals
Have you tried using the correct APN's for Virgin Mobile?

Isnt Virgin mobile a CDMA service? If so, the i747 won't work on their network for calls. It is a GSM phone.
In Canada I believe Virgin is GSM. I don't know if we have any CDMA in Canada.

Ah, I did not know CDMA didn't exist in Canada.
CDMA currently exists in Canada and is in the process of being discontinued.

If reliance is CDMA you could possibly flash it to the carrier with the MEID/ESN. open sesame door works still for that part but no IMEI until S-OFF.
If reliance doesn't use HA/AAA keys on the device and has their own HA/AAA password (e.g. "reliance" for example.) Then you can get 3G data on the first slot and use GSM on the second.
Like flashing the S3 to MetroPCS but its now Reliance lol.

Well. You would basically need a phone that's already on Reliance and active.
Then you would write down the MEID/ESN and HA / AAA keys after viewing it with some tool like dfstool or qpst or CDMA workshop.
Then use qpst for the open sesame door method for HTC devices to allow write.
Then you would destroy the phone that you copied the info from since you can't have two phones with the same MEID / ESN / IMEI active otherwise the company will completely block that donor from ever working even with transferred info.
Then you would put that info on the Desire.
Then OTA program the device with a profile and prl update and that's it really.
I can't go into depth but there are guides to flash the Sprint S3 to MetroPCS.
Same thing, except your using a Desire 816 and flashing to Reliance.
If you were already knowledgeable you would know that the info I've given is more than enough of a base to work with.

Hi, I have the exact same phone and I went crazy looking for a solution... But all that searching paid off (after months) and I was able to unlock my chinese 816d and I'm using Reliance CDMA on 3g in mumbai.
All you need to do is install ADB on your computer and root your 816D if it is not already rooted. Your need to 1) turn on USB Debugging on your phone 2) open command prompt from ADB and run the following command!
Code:
adb shell
su
setprop persist.radio.simlock.enable 0
reboot
Thats it! :highfive: you're home free.
(If you dont know about ADB or rooting - there are tons of tutorials out there that do a better job explaining it than I can ever dream to do!)
I can't and don't take any credit for these instructions... I found them a long time ago, and it was for a different HTC model - can't really remember the source *sorry*
Hope this works for you! Best of luck :good:

Have you checked the APN settings? Make sure the APN is correct and selected.

actually the APN option is disabled, the network selection as well ... as the phone not detect at all any network. !!!
Have you tried *#*#4636#*#* in the dialer? If not try that and select the options that apply.

LG G4 Dual SIM H818N: Network drop issues

On my LG G4 Dual SIM H818N phone which is running Android 6.0 (kernel 3.10.84) in Singapore, I am facing connection drop issues like,
- Network Signal is visible on my phone, but people are not able to reach me
- Network Signal search keeps going and my phone is not reachable
I am using only single SIM card and I've tried multiple SIM cards but the issue still exists, so I suspect this is either LG phone issue or Android issue.
Troubleshooting done so far:
- Factory reset
- Cache data reset
- Switch to GSM (3G) instead of LTE (4G)
I can't root the phone as its under warranty. No luck so far.. any help will be appreciated.
You can try to reflash the correct stock firmware for your device through LGUP tool, root not needed. But understand the process thoroughly first. All disclaimers apply as in the xda thread.......Otherwise take it to service center.
