Need more info. What device do you have? Are you rooted, using a custom recovery?

try going with the button combination into recovery and doing a hard reset, if that doesn't work flash the appropriate kdz file
how to enter recovery via buttons
Now, press and hold Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
When the LG logo appears, release the keys.
Immediately press Power and Volume Down buttons again until the Hard Reset menu will be displayed.
Press Power button once and confirm the hard reset operation (this will not be necessarily if your LG G3 is running on a custom recovery image).
That’s it; now your LG G3 will boot into recovery mode.

MIUI piano lockscreen pattern gone wrong.

Hello,
I was being dumb.
I installed the piano lockscreen v2 on MIUI V3.6.7. I changed my password to 5,5,4. But there should not be any commas so I have to write 554 instead. The numbers represent the keys from left to right, so 554 would mean the notes G,G,F.

Anyway, now I can't lock my phone. So then I tried to go into recovery and reflash the MIUI rom + gapps, but it didn't work, as the piano lockscreen was still there. Then I tried again to get into recovery and that's when I got the dead android again.
So now I'm in a situation where I can't either unlock my phone, not get into recovery and not being able to use GN toolkit as I can't unlock the darn phone to toggle the USB debug.
Can anybody help me please? What the hell should I do?
Wipe data/factory reset in recovery. Turn off phone, push and hold power and both volume buttons, select recovery. If that's not working, try flashing another recovery using fastboot.

Yeah the toolkit did the trick for a new recovery. I was thinking about it, but somehow I thought it wouldn't work because I couldn't toggle the USB debug in my phone as I couldn't unlock the lockscreen.
Anyhow, thank you.

Fastboot doesn't require the phone to be bootable, which is nice.
No prob.

[GUIDE] How to UNBRICK your Optimus G - security error, bootloop etc - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2010624
Unfortunalty my phone remains bootlooping...
Any help would be really appreciated, even with paypal money if solution found
1 - Stock rom is restored

Recovery mode now seems to have desappear!
plug your phone directly into the wall charger and try getting into to recovery that way or hold down the power and down volume button..... i actually had this same problem a few times.
Always you can flash a <1gb kdz and star again, won't lose your information. If you can't start, always get bootloop and don't have a custom recovery flash a <1gb kdz, root the device, install freegee with the recovery and done

Hold Pwr + vol down, that should take you to the bootloader. From there you can flash anything you want using fastboot.

First start by following the rules. The answer is already out there. Just takes research. Take a few days and do some reading and then read some more.

LG G4 can't fastboot/reboot bootloader

Ola!
I'm playing with a LG G4-H815.
When using `adb reboot bootloader`, the phone just boot on normal mode.
When doing the Volume Up + Power button thing, I manage to land on Download Mode but nothing happens, `fastboot` does not detect the phone. And I get this popup:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Reset Factory doesn't work either. Does nothing but reboot the phone as if nothing happened.

Yes, that's the Volume Up + Power buttons thing. I manage to land on this mode as described in the OP.

Samsung SM-975F remained on this screen, it does not open

My phone is stuck on this screen and it won't turn on. It doesn't go into download mode either, how can I turn it on.

Press and hold volume up + volume down + power button all at the same time until the phone turns off and powers back on. Once the phone starts to reboot, let all 3 buttons go at the same time. That should do it.
Thank you, I tried this but didn't get any results.

After all these devices that Ive owned, the very same thing occurred when I was updating the S22U firmware using official SmartSwitch software from same PC for many years.
