Encountered this yesterday with my BA.. The unit could not be turned on and I decided to do a reset. When I reset it, the unit would be stuck at the O2 logo screen and remain there forever..
Did a hard reset and then reinstalled my apps. After spending 4 hours on it, the unit refused to respond and I did a soft reset. After that, it got stuck at the boot screen again..
Just wondering if anyone had similar experiences with the BA and under these situations, is there anything that can be done to unfreeze the unit while still retaining the data in the machine?
Hi

The ROM at that time was the latest version..there was no error..it was just stuck at the O2 screen..

My phone stuck on HTC logo. I've tried to do a factory data reset, but it doesn't help. Also, I try to flash the original rom, but I can't access the internal storage.
Actually, I've got the same problem before and I brought my phone to the service center. They fixed my phone and said that the IMEI settings corrupted.
My Girlfriend downloaded a virus and makes her phone slow. She restart the phone and ends up boot looping. The phone flashes the HTC logo and restarts. I try to clear cache and factory reset but the problem remains. The phone is not rooted. Please help. Thanks in advance.
So I got a Motor Z Play and put in my sim and sd. The phone worked awesome. While I was using YouTube it cut off and went into a boot loop. I took the sd out as I was told sometimes that can cause issues, did a factory reset and it worked fine for about three or so more hours. It got stuck in another loop and I had to factory reset it again. Any ideas what might be causing this issues or what I can do to prevent it from happening every few hours? Thanks in advance!
try to upgrade the phone to latest version
What is your android version?
If it is not latest, you can try to upgrade the phone...
My dad has a lenovo K8 Note. Few days back , it stopped all of a sudden and the dad gave it to a local technician and he declared it that IC is dead and it will be costly to change it so get a new phone.
Yesterday when I took it in my hands and i tried to restart it, it flashed a message that factory reset required and when I accepted it , it went into loop of that bright halo ring saying erasing for one hour and then went dead. After that whenever I am switching it on , It shows lenovo white welcome page and then No command with a dead droid.
I went into inbuilt recovery mode and tried clearing cache partition and clearing factory reset form there. but Factory reset froze again.
Can someone suggest me what can I do to revive it again.
I was thinking of unrooting it, and flashing a custom rom through SD Card as that is the only option left because debugging mode might not be switched on.
Can someone suggest me
