The "Draw Something" thread (share usernames and drawings)

I figured I would start a thread for Draw Something where we can share usernames, drawings (good and bad), and have general discussions about the game. I'm sure many of you are just as addicted as I am lol.
Add me: WiredPirate (If you write out the words I will delete our game.)
I use these stylus(s) and they work well for me. Depending on where I am at I may be playing on either the iPad or the SGN and may or may not be using a stylus, so the quality of my drawings differ accordingly.

Thank you sir! I spent a long time on a few of them. Its much easier with a stylus, and playing on a tablet doesn't hurt either.

Thanks for the add. A tablet a stylus and too much time on my hands after work lol, I'm not always good those are just a few of my favorites. I draw plenty of stick figures too lol.

I haven't experienced this, although there have been some bugs. A couple times it sent a drawing I didn't draw, no idea where those drawings came from lol. And a few games I have stuck in limbo where it tells me and my friends its the others turn to draw.

I like the Popeye one, that's awesome! Before I clicked on Darth Vader to enlarge the pic I thought it was Zoidberg and then when the pic got bigger I felt stupid lol.

No, I don't have that problem, that's unfortunate. Is it only when adding fb friends? If so maybe try signing out and signing in again under settings?

Anyone having an issue where a game will just get stuck on the "game loading" screen? A clear data / cache and uninstall won't fix. I can't figure out why ONE game would do this.

I actually haven't played in a about 2 weeks because most of my drawings wouldn't go through

Yep fb friends.. will try signing in again
Edit: signing in and out has the same result.. I'm on AOKP b29 using Franco kernel. Anyone on same set up have no problems with FB friends??

dont know. theres a new maps on desktop though, invite only right now. i got one last week

Yeah. It was just a lucky guess.. Cause people had a lot of problems with that bug.

Is anyone else having issues of the new Gmail app force closing? After installing the apk, rebooting after whiping cache/dalvik cache and fixing permissions, I can't get the app tos tay open. This is on a clean install of stock rooted as well.
EDIT: Working fine for me now. Redid a fresh install and now having no issues.

pull on the left side of the screen, press spam, press the menu button(three dots on the top right), press empty spam, press delete..

why cant pull to refresh actually PULL to refresh? it looks kinda odd with this implementation.
Maybe they don't want to copy every iOS app, but quite honestly it's one of the most beautiful/useful features of iOS. The Twitter app does it wonderfully for example.

Yeah I prefer pulling versus just swiping. I end up swiping a few times because I don't even realize it is updating already. I have to actually look for the text changing at the top action bar.

The only thing I don't like about the update is that there's no sexy tablet mode.

[REQUEST] permanent 'htc' logo in statusbar?

the green htc logo for 'getting started with htc', anyway to have this permanently there but without the actual notification?? Dunno why but i just think it looks cool (would be even better in ics blue)
p.s. anyone else noticed that the playstore notification icon isn't HD? the blurred edges are dragging my whole statusbar down lol

I want this as well. I prefer the green though as I don't like the blue. Also the UI buttons in Google play music aren't in full HD also. Shame on Google.

on second thought, the green logo really stands out when using a single colored or black and white theme, yeah it's weak of google, their icons should be the best, but they the worst :s

I actually like the logo at the bottom. I'm proud of the manufacturer of my phone. so I like seeing their logo. The front would be a bit bland without it to me. Though it should be a button. I use swipe home button though so I don't even mind it anymore.

You can get rid of that pretty easily. If you pull down your notification bar, long press on the app click on app info, here you'll see disable or the check box for show notifications. I disabled it and have had no problems since.

Well what made you think it was waterproof?? Since when did cell phones come waterproofed?? I haven't seen any adverts on TV or the Internet advertising this "feature" nor does Google Search yield anything.. So why would you ask after doing some snooping around? There are other methods to waterproof your device though.

Well yeah no idea what would give anyone the indication this phone was but the xperia z is 30min/1 meter so... Maybe he thought it was all generations or perhaps a health offers to track swimming as an exercise so he thought maybe...

Coat it with Superhydrophobic liquid and let it dry. After that you will have no problem taking pictures under water... till then... dont even think about it.

Flash ring for gnex ?

I always wanted my gnex to be able to flash when receiving phone calls with the camera flash like the iPhone has as one of its built in options.I tried like a dozen play store apps that do the same thing but none of them work for my galaxy nexus, does anyone know of one that actually works or a custom rom that has this feature.I know the gnex has the notification pulse light at front but camera flash would be better to also have.

That would consume more battery than you think, also I doubt that's a sensible idea. Last thing you need is a lighthouse when someone decides to call you at 4am in the morning. Vibration was invented to counter that.

You would only turn it on as you wanted, like when out at night in loud places where is hard to hear ect, vibration only works if you have phone close to body, light doesn't make a noise like vibration can yet you can still see a call come through.

With back camera flash on back of phone flashing when receiving incoming calls an text msgs ?
Not talking about the usual small pulse notification light at bottom front of gnex thats always worked.

Lol, my wife has the led flash ring option on her iPhone 5, I just wanted to try an get it on my gnex but your right probably wouldn't be too practical.

I used to have flashME installed and it worked on my G-Nex GSM. I think I had 4.1 or 4.2 at the time, so I don't know if it is 4.3 compatible or not. Definitely gets your attention!
