Can someone make a sick looking Droid Incredible 2 signature for us?
I dont have the skill set nor patience for photoshop/gimp or else id do it myself.

Could you use the "droid" font? I'm not sure what it is called exactly, but it came with a few roms on the OG Droid. It looked really cool.

What do you mean as a transparent image? The letters being transparent or another picture in the background?

Instead of black background a transparent background that allowed you design to take on the color of the page it is posted on...

I don't really like the 2 from this font, but this is just another one I made.
Edit: This one is a little better...I still don't love it though.

I'm not much of one for signatures (at least not yet) but these are pretty sweet guys...
I also think that besides the sweet ideas coming out here this is a really cool idea for a thread! I hope people keep dropping ideas.

I figured a thread with a different tone rather than the norm of a ROOT based thread would be a good way to switch things up around here. Kind of like a take away from the obvious.

Shadowrun using Chainfire

Have anyone played this game yet? It's amazingly fun on our 4.5" Epic 4g Touch screen ...

I got it the first day it came out, and it's awesome... Basically Gears of War for Android... Your chainfire settings must be like so:

I didn't do any checked/unchecked in settings...i just use the nVidia plugin....IT works great ....

I can't find this on the market which is killing me because I've played every shadowrun game. Anyone have a link?

Just do the 'Market Fix' with Chainfire, after installing the NVIDIA plugin.
Edit:nvrmind, wrong thread.

I think everyone is mistaking ShadowRUN for ShadowGUN. I just got the non-tegra2 version without chainfire or other openGL drivers and it runs fine. Kickass game!

Palmetto, I was having this same issue. Found out it was due to changing the LCD Density. I was running at 200 and getting the same error.

And fix the problem with running at 160. I am going to test more DPI Setting to find out which one works the best. 160 is nice but too small for me!

After installing chainfire by only using zedo's root, my homescreen resolution became awful. Horribly pixelated. Everything else looks like it should but my homescreen. Solution?

The trick is, they'll send you the money. It'll say pending, and it MIGHT even clear.
As soon as you send the item and give them a tracking number, they'll do a "charge back" on the account and the money will disappear from your account. And PayPal's service is so ****ty. They'll always side with the buyer. (Probably BC that's the only way they can get a cut out of it.)

I actually ran into the video last night as well and decided it a go. As mikeyinid said, it is simply a clever use of nova launcher, widget locker and some custom wallpapers. Armando gives a great walk-through on how to do this but the problem i ran into was the fact that this was built for a gnex, which has a nav bar. I realize we can enable ours as well (in AOSP ROMs) but I personally don't like the look of it. Without the nav bar, it causes the wallpapers and icons to become misaligned with the intended layout, so I decided to bail
Nevertheless, a very interesting setup. I recommend anyone who uses an AOSP ROM w/ a Nav Bar to give this theme a go. Be warned, there is quite a bit a setup time but should be well worth it in the end

Actually is easy since he gives all the backup files and you restore them with nova, I was going to keep it but the problem is the apps icons are too small, since you need to have 6 by 6 to run the on the launcher it doesn't work good for me, I use 6 by 4 on nova

I have the same theme on my phone. Only problems was the other two wallpapers & the lockscreen (didn't like the lockscreen anyway, so I kept my old one). I did remove all the other screens execpt the home screen. Also added a few wigets. I'm luvin' it.

He has really good instructions on how to do this, it requires a lot of time and patience.

It isn't any less private than the regular Facebook app. This is a really tiny launcher that just pulls everything from the app and displays it to you front and center. You can still access all the stuff on your phone easily, but I don't care that much about Facebook so I don't gain anything from using this. It's not bad, just not for me.

It does run on mine just said "not available in your country" in the market so i had to side load it. It probably just checks the build.prop once its installed and im on CM 10.1 so my prop says N7105

I think it would be nice on phones like the Galaxy Ace or a Wildfire S. Just the smaller lower end phones because i hang around with university girls all the time and thats what they have and they use them for Facebook 24-7. But im an 18 year old guy i dont use facebook much besides chatting and i don't exactly enjoy a distorted blown up cover photo that looks like it was taken with a potato as my background instead of the HD backgrounds im used to. I like the concept of the floating head chat just for multitasking but that's about it

This is pretty much how I feel about it. I actually really like the floating chat heads and luckily you can use them without Home installed. They can also be used with regular SMS so that's a plus!
