In fact when my screen is already and I recevie a call, I just have a little windows call and not the full screen. I have to click on a right button to make it bigger. Maybe the problem come from this option ?

Hello, I think I've found what's the problem : it's because of the "incoming PopUp Call notification"
There is a cool feature on Galaxy Note 3, which lets you change the incoming call notification from a full screen notification to a pop up notification. To change the call notification, do as follows:
1. Open Settings and go to Device tab
2. Scroll down and tap Call.
3. Mark "Incoming Call Notifications", so notification pop-ups for incoming voice calls when the screen is on

Glad you figured it out
I can't find it on jt neo though.. are you on jellybean?

Thank you for hilighting

Where did you find it filthykid? I cant find the option.
Edit: Read it somewhere that the option has been removed from Kitkat. :/

The steps wrote above are where the option is located. I haven't updated to KK and will never, when it is out for n7505. But I don't see a point of removing this feature. It is a great feature.

Samsung has removed it though.. :/

Vibrate when call connects

Is there a way to get the phone to vibrate when dialed number connects.
Right now it plays a tune, so it knows its connected, however can that be tied to vibrate as well?
My old phone did this, and its great to not have to hold the phone to your ear if the connection takes a long time to get through.
if you flash the cm7 Rom it has that option. i dont think any of the others do though.
I use Go Contacts, which comes with Go Dialer , and it has that option ...
Stock dialer does this, settings, call, call alert, answer vibration

[Q]Can I make my screen turn on when I receive messages?

Greetings,
I was wondering if there's any way to make my screen turn on when I receive messages like when I'm getting a call. I usually have my phone on vibrate and if I won't see the led I just forget to check it.

Vibration for notifications

I searched and could not find anything regarding changing the vibration pattern for an all stock note 2. Mine will only vibrate in a single long pattern, no matter what I set it to in the settings. I like to use the stock messaging because it's compatibility with the lock screen but I'd really like it to vibrate in a couple short pulses instead of that single long one. If I'm missing something I apologize but I have no idea what to change aside from the options in the settings menu. Any help or other information would be much appreciated, I'm sure it's something silly I'm missing anyway!
Go to settings- sounds-device vibration u can chabge it to a few different patterns

I am not sure! That is how the note 1 default notification vibrate was, the single long pulse. The sms mms one was a quick twin pulse, I'd prefer that! I like how the sms app works with the tw lock screen and launcher etc so I don't want to use another one if I can avoid it. I wish it would allow me to use a different vibration setting because my phone is silent a lot! I asked samsung and they gave me the ringtone answer. The service from the online chat is weak.

Having the same problem here.
Did the update now call volume is low. All volume n the phone is turn up tho.
Was searching online and came up with this.
must be rooted.
Use Root Explorer
At the top right hand corner switch from mount r/o to r/w
Go to Systems/build.prop
At the bottom of build.prop text file there is a line;
ro.config.vc_call_vol_steps= 10
Ex: If number is 100 change to 10
save, mount r/o
Reboot
If that line is not in your build.prop then just add it to the bottom.
That seem to have work for me.

How do I enable this feature
Sent from my SM-N900T using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

It is in your owners manual. Just saying.
Double press home button.
Hit menu button. Go into settings and turn on voice wake. Will not work with lock screen engaged

And how does the always on part work? I can get s-voice to work when the phone is off. I can get it to respond when I'm in the app. But it doesn't work when I'm doing anything else. Someone help me get my always on working like yours.

I found this feature out by accident and Ya it's a cool feature but just wished s voice was more accurate. A few times I had to repeat myself and sometimes it won't get what I'm saying at all. So sometimes I'll just tell it to launch voice search since that can pick up what I'm saying much better.
