Hi I have a Samsung smart TV wired direct to my wireless router
Using Samsung link on TV I could stream video or pictures to my TV via wireless network on my tab 2
But When I try to do it with my g pad it shows connect to TV when playing Video but when it connects and plays it switches Bluetooth on and plays via that
So I assumes its connect via DLA as TV does not have Bluetooth The Samsung tab connects via Wi-Fi via router using Samsung all share on my PC
But when I check on the G pad in the setting add device it shoes my router and both TV and PC as there on wi-fi but G pad will not use it it shows the Bluetooth symbol when connected
Is there a program that I can use to watch the same way as my as my tab 2
My Samsung TV does not support Wi-Fi direct
Hello,
I'm currently connected to the internet via cable (wired).
Can I make a wifi hotspot so other devices can connect. To the internet through the fire tv? Is there any application for this ?
My fire tv running Kodi or SPMC has the strange behavior that playing movies from a SMB share (Apple time capsule) with wired connection is buffering, but not on WiFi.
I've already replaced the ethernet cable and used another port an the time capsule, but the problem is still the same.
Is it possible that the network stack on fire tv is bad on wired connections only?
Thanks!
Hi,
There are many WiFi around my fire TV, and sometimes new WiFi will appear. Some of them don't need password and stronger.
how can I connect fire TV to my fixed wireless WiFi and ignore another WiFi automatically?
thanks
I would like to get one, but use it on a hotspot/tether from my phone. The chromecast was never able to connect to my cellular hotspot, and it was mandatory to connect to a wifi connection.
Does the fire tv stick have the same restriction? Or can I use my phone's built-in tethering/hotpot and connect it to the firestick?
