Well for the DHD/Inspire 4g the only 3 recoveries I know of are
1.4ext Recovery
2.TWRP Recovery
3. CWM (obviously)
numbers 2 & 3 can be installed from adb/fastboot
Number 3 can also be installed via Rom Manager
Number 1 via app: Here

I had this problem about 3 days ago, and solved it with flashing another recovery.
#1: Download CWM from ARHD server.
#2: Extract recovery.img.
#3: Reboot into bootloader and flash it through fastboot. (I used Fastboot Commander but you don't have to. Flash as you like!)
#4: Reboot into recovery and tadahhh!
#5: Flash a ROM or restore a backup, and now flash 4eXT recovery again through the app.
And #6: Click my THANKS button

Hello all,
Since today i can't mount my SD card with my recovery. Is there a way to flash a new recovery without ADB ? I have tried 3 different SD cards. Ah, and my ROM won't boot. And i can't find the drivers for Android Flasher. So i am a little bit lost... Thanks in advance for your answers!
Ok i successfuly flashed a new recovery, and now i can mount my SD card. But now (after cleaning data/cache/davilk, and flashing a ROM) i have a black screen after HTC logo.

Yes, you can flash that rom.
If your PC cannot see your M8 your out of luck with ADB. But just download the rom zip to a microSD, insert it, boot to TWRP and flash it. The microSD has to be fat32 for TWRP to read it.

/data/media/0? Isn't that internal SD? How did you get it there?
You should be able to flash it from the microSD by navigating to it under the Install menu in TWRP.
Mhhh, can you mount/unmount system and data in TWRP?

I cant flash anything at all. I heard some people talk about twrp and then 'dd'. Could someone come up with a solution? Thankyou in advance.

Could you please assist me in removing the bootloop fater flashing twrp (latest) on cm12.1 which had cm recovery. The recovery worked, after that i made a twrp backup and when i clicked clear dalvik cache it got stuck? Then i removed the battery and tried to reboot, stuck at cyanogen (the blue face) boot animation, any fix? The recovery is disabled, i cant goto the recovery nor fastboot.

Try to remove battery, wait for 20 seconds and boot again. Do you see Sony logo? Wait for pink led and press any vol key to enter recovery.

I'd prefer using flex-os, it's stable, have much features and support nui kernel for disable emulation storage.
I am going to flash a new AOSP on my tab using twrp but i do not have a sd card so if i do a full wipe i will have nothing left to flash because i will loose the files .
I am currebtly using phoenix rom and i am going to flash android m rom so should k flash the rom without a full wipe
MY DEVICE: GALAXY TAB S 10.5 (SM-T805)
Why do you need an sd card?
Just backup to internal storage, no need to full wipe either. Just wipe data that is enough or try and dirty flash first.
Can i choose files from backup

All you need do is install twrp and then boot to recovery. Make a full backup(backup will automatically be stored on your device storage).
Install the zip using twrp.
That's it.
If you have issues when booting just go back into recovery and wipe data only then reboot.
I did what u said but it seems there is a problem i downloaded the right files but twrp says that it is for chagglewifi that is smt800 not for chaggalte . I re downloaded it but the error presisits
Idk what to do now a little light
It says it is for smt800 not t805 help the files are right i downloaded it 3 times
