Probably from heating issues. The back cover is so thin that a tepid core could deform it. Mine has that as well when i benchmarked my tab on a warm sunny day. *sigh* hope they could sell spare back covers

My friend had the same exact issue a few weeks ago. She went to the samsung service center thinking that the problem was from heating, and she found out that the problem was the back cover itself..not from the heatin issue. She got it replaced for free at the service center. you should go check it out. Hope it helps!

Any videos or pictures of these used on the device? Would love to get one but I have no idea how it looks/what thickness it adds, etc.
Thanks for the links!
I think it will be bad for our gps
Would like to hear from someone who has already purchased one of these before i get one, look nice though.

check dealextreme/focalprice.com that you probably get lower prices

I would strongly recommend to think about how hot our phone is in games like Asphalt 6 and imagine how hot it will be if u use metal cover. Don't get you fingers burned.

Now, you can actually literally "feel" the engine moving in Asphalt 6, or more like burning

Does anyone know of a way to get a replacement battery door for a reasonable price?
I just got this phone a little over a month ago, and already the battery door doesn't fit anymore.

It seems like it's too big for the phone. I pop in one side, and the other side pops out. It's impossible to snap all the pins in at the same time. I have no idea how it got this way.
I called samsung and the service rep told me that the battery door is the only thing that is not covered by warranty.
No offense, but it looks like you're not inserting the bottom end of the door first. That's the part sticking out in that picture. It slides in first, then snap the rest in place

I wish it was me just being stupid. I've spent a good half an hour trying to maneuver it into place. No matter what I do, I can't get all the pegs to snap into place.
I'd like to add that I called the genuine Samsung accessory department, and the ditsy girl on the phone said she has never heard of a gsm galaxy nexus, and she only had the Sprint and Verizon one in her computers. Those back covers are only $9, but unfortunately don't fit my GSM version.

Press down the 2 pegs..?

Just don't get the ones with the metallic look. They may look pretty, but they have the same fit up problem, AND also weaken the radio. I had a lot of trouble getting a GPS lock while using those, and my cellphone reception was weaker too.
you probably forced the cover on also not putting it on properly, causing the connectors to wear out.
Hi guys...
I dont know if any of you guys experienced this, but it seems that there are patches of pixels on my Desire HD.
Could it be due to my third party battery expanding inside and putting force on the screen?
See the pic for a better understanding.
Any solution for this??

not at all. no drops, no water.
it was in my pocket all day and it suddenly appeared after I reach home.
could it be my third party battery expanding? it's been quite difficult to pull the battery out the last time I tried it a month ago.

no no. it seems that my battery has expanded. it's very difficult to remove it now. gotta dig the sides little by little with a small screwdriver to pull it out.
those days, i'll just hit it on my hand and slide it out easily.
Edit: absolute crap
Anyone have any experience with one?
I think they look pretty good.

I just ordered one. It seems like a decent alternative while we wait to see if the LG hardshell case ever materializes.
I've had mybat screen protectors before for my other phone, and honestly they seem like another generic brand to me.

Two major problems:
1. It's a snap case which takes the absolute least amount of force possible to unsnap. It was sold as a hardshell case... not a snap together pos case.
2. It will not "snap together" with my glass screen protector. (I have not tried to install the case without it).
My watch just came today, a refurb. And the screen is tilted to the left as in the top right corner is higher than the top left corner.
Should I just exchange from the seller or send it in to Sony? Anyone else see this before?

I wonder if that's just a settings thing since you can see the corners of the screen outside of the white area.

Yeah, I emailed A4C. Hopefully they'll ship me one with a return label for the crooked one.

"Round" Edges = Marshmallow
"Square" Edges = Lollipop
It's not a Bug, it's a feature
If you look close you can see the part of the display that is not not used in the edge.
God damnit... I feel like I'm being picky, but the replacement is also tilted...
I'm wondering if they just got a reject batch like this and cleaned them. Up to resell as seller refurbished.
