Any body here have ever change language for Xphone from Chinese to English ? Please tell me how ? and where to download that ROM ?

I was wondering how can i add Persian language to a MIUI ROM...can you help?
(as you know Persian Language writing order is like Arabic,right to left,but includes 4 more letters)

Settings > language and input > add language...

Force language not working

The new mi fit 4.4 has a new force language of hebrew עיברית. But it dose not work my interface is in english and my hebrew massages are in question mark. Pls help
