Will this work on the Duo 13? I have one and although I think I have plenty enough Android devices (especially with Xperia Z2 tablet), it should work the same way since they're almost the same except under the hood, right?

It should work, I can't see why not. Just try to follow the steps carefully and if there is anything that you don't know or you're not sure, is better to ask. Good luck

Hello together
I developed an "USB Storage Enabler" Tool for Windows phone 7, so you can easy enable or disable the WP7 USB functionality.
You need to have Zune installed and one device connected for least one time.
To enter the USB Storage you'll close Zune.
Now you can use your phone like a simple USB Stick
This tool requires .NET 2.0.

Oh,... try to run this tool as an administrator. (maybe UAC or somethings is blocking some registry functions)
i run it standard, without admin.
ps. i have chevron hack + NoDo updated + all wp7 developer programs
AND it woks fine! DANKE!
I have NoDo + Locked + WP7 Tools + UAC disabled.
Mhm,... I'll try this on another machine.
danke!!! Thanks!!! that's the tool we were waiting for!!!! you're the man!
Works great with my (locked) HTC Arrive.
Works great with my unlocked HTC 7 Pro(Win XP,Win 7)
Works with Omnia 7 but I am seeing two icons for portable devices in my computer... Can you look into this?
Phone is on NoDo with C7 unlock and Samsung tools to prevent relocking.
It enables all found zune devices. If you've flashed your phone to a new version the "old one" (=zune device registration) is still stored in the registry. Ignore them :]
Works fine with Win 7 and HD7 after starting with admin rights...cool !!!

Hi all,
I know that are several posts on here about this issue, but none of them are helping me.
I've installed HTC Sync 3.2.10 on a Windows 7 Professional 64 but when I connect the One X the computer doesn't see it. Since then I've unninstalled and installed the HTC Sync several times and now I've installed the HTC Sync 3.2.20 but without sucess.
Can someone give a tip on how to put this to work?
I even tried to install the driver manually going into the HTC driver folder but also without success.
Thanks
Any ideais? For 2 days that I have the phone and I can not even put a decent ringtone due to this problem.
Try airdroid you can find it in the market.

I had no issues at all with a Win7 X64 computer. Make sure you're using the original cable, and that it's plugged into one of the motherboard ports, not off a hub/front port etc.
And I assume I'm asking a silly question, but you are looking at the phone when doing this? When you plug in you have to pull down notification, select the usb option, and select sync/charge/disc drive etc.

6. Click on Other>HTC.
7. Click Update Drivers.
8. Click Browse my Computer for Driver Software.
9. Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
10. Click Show All Devices
11. Click Have Disk.
12. Click Browse.
13. Navigate to the Drivers you unzipped earlier.
14. Inside it, look for androidusb.INF and click open.
15. Choose My HTC
16. Now it should say it successfully installed.
If it doesn't, it means you have a 32-bit PC and you tried to use 64-bit drivers. It WILL NOT work. If you're a 32-bit user, here's the 32-bit drivers. Just follow the same steps as above but use these drivers instead.
Hope this helps, this is the only advice I can give to people having trouble with connecting their HOX.
Try wit Factory reset its a common issue after JB upgrade, because after every software upgrade inside phone must be all partitions cache formatted.
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
I did all of these, but the problem still as it is
Not had a single problem getting my HOX recognized by my pc running win 7 home premium x64.
I did find with the upgrade to JB that it needed a bit of help though.
Try this, when you plug in your phone pull down the top bar.
next press usb connected, this brings up anther menu.
Press usb network setting, this brings up yet another menu.
Now select usb tethering, or internet pass through. i found this brought up the icon for the phone on my pc with out installing htc sync.
Remember to switch back to none afterwards though, this seems to work for most people as a workaround.
Mine finds my phone as a mtp device so its fine

AmZnCoRe is a linux distro for managing your Kindle Fire. It is currently based on TinyCore 4.6 and has been preconfigured with the udev rules for managing your Kindle Fire. You should have adb and fastboot access as soon as the OS is booted.
To use AmZnCoRe, you need to write the disk image to a USB flash drive. There are many tools available for this task. On linux, you can use dd or cat. On Windows, you can use something like Image Writer for Windows. Choose a tool that works for you. Then you just restart your computer and boot from your USB flash drive. You may need to press a key to open your computers boot menu.

It's currently only good for adb and fastboot access. It has no persistent storage. I'm open to any suggestions on how to improve this OS.
Scripts for rooting, flashing custom recovery, and fixing incorrect bootmodes will be included in future revisions.

This seems to be a kernel error/warning. Only thing I could probably do is compile a more recent kernel, package it in the image and hope this goes away.

Your USB probably just needs a format. It's really hard to 'kill' a USB drive by just using it. Windows hates GPT though, so that could be your issue. Is it easier to flash this with unetbootin?

The disk image is actually a hybrid ISO and I believe unetbootin can create a Tiny Core USB drive.
I've been meaning to boot into Windows and try it out but it keeps slipping my mind.
Hardware:
Isudar PX6-VW0907
Software:
SDDiskTool_v1.59
ha3_11_rk3399_11.0_烧录包(20220316).zip
HCT8 ANDROID 11 OTA UPDATE (20220412 )
I created a bootable SD card using SDDisktool and the image and flashed the A11.
After that I had this picture:
{

Now I imported the HTC8 Update.zip and the error was gone:
The main reason for flashing was that you can no longer import Chrome updates with the Hal firmware.
At first glance, I really miss the lock screen.
I haven't tested more yet.
Be careful, do it at your own risk.
I had to try several different SD cards and storage adapters before it worked.

did you use the img with the HA3 launcher right?
Can you please tell the options of the SDDiskTool?
Have you choose Upgrade Firmware or the SD boot?
Also how many gigabyte was the sd card you are using?
My problem is that my unit cant locate the bootable sd card and I cant upgrade the bootloader for android 11. I get black screen. I have succeed to upgrade the bootloader from 9 to 10 but now its not working. I am using the same docking station HD100 and the same sd cards. I start to change the uboot file of tool. I cant understand where the problem is... whatever.
I will wait for the developers to create something more stable for the bootloader.

Okay its the method with the USB A-A cable.
Test after 2 days:
Google apps work, probably because Play Protect is certified.
Dialing with MTCDDialer works, but not with "Hey Google".
Unfortunately no lock screen.
I can connect with WIFI WPA2/WPA3, not possible with Hal firmware.
It was already possible with the latest A10 update (HCT7r_rk3399_10.0_ota(20211012)).
Otherwise everything has remained the same so far.
I flashed the Hal firmware again.

Hi,
So I am running stock android unrooted.
I have managed to run Kali Linux in a emulated version on my fold called Termux.
I can work on it as I would on a PC. Many things are lacking but I installed what was lacking.
So my question is can I do the same with windows ?
I looked on playstore and couldn't find any kind of VMware for android devices.
Does anyone know of a VM like software for android ?
I would rather play my steam games on the mobile then run about playing with Aircrack.

The Limbo Emulator would be cool assuming it works ok. My obvious concern is that the bluetooth and more importantly wifi would not function. I will be interested to hear results if anyone give it a try.
Ok I am willing to give this a try. I have installed the Limbo Emulator - but I have questions on how to create the needed windows 10 VHD file - I know I have everything I need to do it , including the windows 10 ISO file. Anyone point me to how to create a proper VHD file? I assume it needs to be bootable and all that but I have found nothing via google that I'm convinced is what I need to do.
Thanks!

Also if anyone has tried this for fold 4 does everything work ?

Sorry for questions but I don't have time the next couple of weeks to dig into this.
