What do you mean with stock phone app ? a launcher or what?
Try this:
http://www.idroidspace.com/download-android-4-4-kitkat-stock-apps-to-re-designed-your-device/
And Google Camera is only for 4.4 android but not is a stock app...

the alternative looks good, but not as the original one

Any Samsung Apps depends of TouchWiz Frameworks ... Since CM11 is completly different and has Differnet frameworks .... Samsung Apps will never work on Custom Rom's
