Hi guys this time i came with new work which is useful to every one
What is this ? may be this is you question
Some time on by flashing wrong files may cause hard brick nothing but fastboot mode
When ever you try on turn on you will stuck with fastboot mode at which you cannot enter downloadmode/rom boot and from old days the solution is only LG show room
But now i had made a tool to solve those problem in very easy way just you need is my hardbrick tool
HOW TO USE UPDATE V1.1
1.Download the tool.exe i given below
2.Make sure that you need to install the drivers
3.Install the tool.exe on by connecting the mobile on fastbootmode
It dont effect any file or any thing.. it was totally tested and posted
HOW TO USE UPDATE V1.2
To use
download the zip of update-v1.2
extract to where ever you want
enable usb debugging on your device (go to setting->Applications->Development)
run "kamesh's and antdking's p350 toolkit" (could be called "kamesh's and antdking's p350 toolkit" depending on your system)
follow the steps
one special option is if you like to get back to amonra recovery u can do it.... just get into bootloader and apply the above instructions
At present only for windows and works for all versions of windows like win7/xp/vista of 32/64 bit

not working on win32

My phone is not booting after I 'root'
Hi Venkat kamesh,
When I tried your "Kameshs and antdkings p350 toolkit v1.2.zip" for my LG Optimus P500, I did the root successfully. After 2-3 times of reboot it modified the config file and made the permanent root. Using the root-user and one more application mentioned by the .bat script I confirmed and it is saying 'root operation completed successfully.'
Now it asked me to flash with the new ROMs and it gave some 4 options. When I chose "vivek's ROM" for the flashing, it flashed and went to reboot mode. Afterwards I never get the booting.
After this step, I am not able to run your .bat application. Since the device was not listed because the phone was not booted.
I am getting worried that somehow it went wrong. Could you please help me to recover?
No option to me other than use my older nokia phone with this SIM:crying:

but this tool is not for any of the p500 mobile
and flashing the rom of p350 to p500 it will physically damage the mobile
now what does the mobile show up with screen the logo ? (make sure is it p350/p500 ? i am confused)
please flash any of rom (if p350 flash p350 roms or p500 to p500)
and wipe out all your data and reboot so it works fine

Fastboot mode to op!
So uh, i know that this thread is a bit old but here we go.
I think it would be the fifth time that i try to install this tool on my p350 for getting out of fastboot and nothing works
On my phone when i conect on pc, it seems everything is right (fastboot: processing commands) and when the process starts it shows success on cmd, and my phone reboots and... there's the fastboot there again.
Cant put the phone on recovery and even on emergency (to try to save him on kdz)
Drivers are all installed, the phone ones, sdk, adb, and the fastboot ones...
What could i've done wrong?

Just follow this steps:
Download software https://www.dropbox.com/s/arvz18cvs8g0kjl/Y200ToolBox.exe
enable USB debugging and disable fast reboot
use windows 7, in XP don't work the soft
turn off the phone, remove the battery a few seconds and turn, do FlashBoot mode ( Volume down + Power the same time for 10 seconds).
Connect your phone to your PC and run the software
Click in die Adb Drivers installer...
click in ich akzeptiere........
Click in Root + CMW (This option is enabled when the drivers are properly installed)
the software will work, you get a black box dialog.say finished and restart the cel.
Don't touch.... the software still running, and the celphone must restart for the second time... after that .... Now if you can disconnect

for the version U8655-51 Latinoamerica DONT FLASH Kernel...for the europe version U8655-1... you can do it.,.!!

it didnt work for my acsend Y200 on first but i found a solution !!! when you doing flash boot dont let it go to boot menu !!! hold volume up + power,when you see screen like 3 (mobile) or other providers screen release volume + and press volume - together with the power and hold it for about 10 sec until your providers screen frozes and then connect to PC . GOOD LUCK

but i have some problem
i have using NOKIA XL i clicked the (install insecured kernel) button wrongly
my mobile having some bugs (when my phone get lock) not waking up coming same color screens
then i i unrooted the phone (then i have asked on Nokia care ) he say it (i dont no about this u can give the mobile and i wll send to company

hi, i have a problem with nokia x manager. at first it was fine, i was able to root and install gapps. later i decided to uninstall gapps and through google i learned that i should flash stock rom through nokia x flasher. now my phone is back to what it was and now it is unrooted. so trying to root it again using nokia x manager, but now my phone cant be detected. then i noticed that in device manager, it shows 2 nokia x and base system with exclamation mark, i tried updating them like what i did before to root my device, but it always fail, it says windows was unable to intall. please help! T_T

my phone was finally detected. what I did was, i turned off my phone, and turned it on while connected through usb. that's when the pop up appeared where it automatically installs the driver from my phone.

Please help me! I want to go back to the stock rom but it won't let me :(

But now I am stuck in a boot loop i think ( it won't do anything but showing me the lg sign )

I can't boot into the cwm either and I also can't do hard reset...
Can anyone tell me what to do?

Put your phone in download mode "Hold the VolumeUP + VolumeDOWN Button and plug in the usb cable from your device to your pc [DON'T PRESS THE POWER BUTTON], let it install the drivers. ( To be sure it found you'r drivers, you should press on : Install Drivers
Once you installed your driver of the e98x ( mine is e986 ) Press on Extra functions - Upgrade-error recovery.
Make sure it found your device and make sure you are connected to the internet "IT WONT WORK WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTION"
Launch it and it will reset your phone to new ( it did for me )
Don't get mad if you lose you're data T_T this worked for me so it should work for you to

Nope, aint working since it says that my battery isn't fully charged. but i even tried the battery of a friend of mine and it says the same..

are you able to enter into the recovery by pressing pOWER + VOLUME UP ? the device must be turned off and to be sure, pull battery and charging cable off and put battery back to do the pressing combo.

you told that u cannot boot into cwm which sounds pretty serious...

how do you get into the recovery mode?
please do not mistake cwm and recovery mode, because cwm is your recovery mode.
so please tell what steps you were using so that we can help you

well, I tried powering off the phone----holding volume DOWN+UP and plugging the usb into my lg.
I also tried that while I took out my entire battery but the same results

Ehm guys, I would like to know how to get my phone back to the stock image. I am still stuck on the error which says my battery is empty when I try to restore it but I quess it is because my phone thinks it is en E980 while it is an e986
Or it is because I flashed Madmacks kernel or smthing. Any solutions? :C I just wanna go back to the stock image D:

1. connect ur phn to ur pc and install flashtool from step 4.
2.install drivers of ur mbl
3.download the kdz firmware file u want from here http://www.lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=25
4.now follow the steps provided in the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2797190
5.its better to choose cse flash as i did that(when i chosen normal flash,the update stopped saying some error.so disconneted my net connection and tried again.it worked)
6.if u follow the above steps correctly,ull get ur phn back within 6 minutes.
(sorry for my english) and please let me know if ur phn is back.

Unfortunately I don't have the 986 and didn't catch that was your specific model. If you're in a bricked mode already and have access to your original FW then its worth a shot for recovery. YMMV

follow the first guide "KDZ Flashing Method"
make sure you have your internet connection disabled when you start LG Flash Tool and that you are using Windows 7, i dont know if it will work on windows 8, but im sure it wont work on winXP.

ok in the new update every thing wod be the same just use new kernal in place of 4.4.3 kernal from zip
Download new kernal here (From Second Update)http://d-h.st/mxn
if any one doesnt succeed plz do back up and after that do a clean install of new update

Something that might help others.
Updated phone to new update.
Started rooting as per guide on page1.
After flashing 4.4.2, easy root failed to root the device.
Multiple attempts but no success.
Flashed 4.4.3 update and booted system. Realised I has Super User already installed. Uninstalled SU.
Flashed 4.4.2 again and this time easy root rooted the phone.
Flashed 4.4.3 and bingo! SU was installed, updated binaries and phone is now rooted.

i am a noob so i will try and make this as simple as possible.
first just relax and follow this simple steps its very very very easy
what you need
complete data back up

at least 50% battery charged phone
USB debugging mode enabled on 4.4.3 firmware as we will need it so do it first then go ahead
now follow this easy steps
1. install flash tool in C drive
2. extract downloaded rar in to C:\Flashtool\firmwares
3. turn off phone and press vol - (down) key and connect phone to pc wait till pc complete to install req, drivers as soon as its done disconnect your phone
4. now open flash tool and hit flash button and select 4.4.2.ftf press ok and wait for notification which says connect phone
5. now as soon as you get notification press vol -(down) key and connect phone and wait till flash completes
6. now disconnect your phone, close flash tool
7. turn on phone there wod be nothing will stuck at blank screen dont warry reonnect your phone to pc
8. now open easy root tool kit,and hit install.bat root your phone if stuck at any place close window again hit install.bat, disconnect phone when you see phone is rooted
9.now read this carefully
your phone is rooted but to flash 4.4.3 kernal back we beed to turn off the phone as we have to connect phone in flash mode to flash ftf 4.4.3
so to turn off phone in this condition(bank screen) follow this trick
press vol +(UP) and power together and wait
1st you will fell single vibret keep holding after some few sec you will fell three times vibration now release the keys as your phone is turned off.
10. now open flash tool now again hit flash button and this time select 4.4.3.ftf press ok and connect your phone when it says to connect by pressing vol - (down) key on phone.
11. as soon as its done disconnect your phone and turn it on
12. now install supersu and hit update binary
13. TADAAAA you have rooted phone

thanks for sharing this, it works as I did the most same way except making everything packed greatly as what you have done
the best of this was you made all files in one, extremely good for ones do not have 4.4.2 and 4.4.3 ftf files in hands
I guess most of guys do not want to try flash-power off-flash...

Maybe what you mean is only kernel,not the entire ftf file,right?

At step 4 you only flash the 4.4.2 kernel, (deselect everything else) not the entire .ftf or you'll end up with 4.4.2 on your phone. Similarly, at step 10 you only need to flash the 4.4.3 kernel, not the entire image.
You forgot to mention that an unlocked bootloader is required to use flashtool.

Also, if you unlock bootloader you lose warranty so backup TA partition before you proceed to keep warranty.

failed to understand what you are trying to explain but i can say
i have made 4.4.2 and 4.4.3 kernal ftf so there is nothing to select or deselect
+
here i haven't explained abt unlocking bootloader so there is no need to worn abt DRM key

Without unlocking your bootloader you cannot use flashtool, I suppose.

i have locked bootloader bro
i do love bravia engine and other sony stuffs :victory:
let me tell you one simple thing in one line
if you wona flash a custom kernal you need unlocked bootloader other then that you can do any thing with locked bootloader
like rooting
flashing custom rom
flashing mod
changing system partition
and a lot more

At the 4 step,you say 4.4.2.ftf,so i suggest you to change it to 4.4.2 kernel..so,maybe there is no missunderstanding for noob users...

you need to manually install flash drivers
to do so open flash tool folder in C drive and there wod be a folder named drivers open and install our device drivers
