Hey.
My code is:
Code:
#C1SH:mm#[ - #C1EH:mm#/CODE]
Basically even if there is no second calendar the - between the two times is still displayed, any way to prevent that?
Ps. The code shows the start and end time of the event.

Hi there,
I've noticed that when I flick to the calendar tab in TouchFlo3D that it will display some items, then there's a delay of sometimes up to 10-15 seconds before it will display the rest of the items for that day (this is looking at Day Mode).
It's not chronological, meaning that it's not giving me the first 2-3 items of the day then searching for the remainder, it appears random.
Anyone else having this?
Cheers,
Pete
i have displayed immediately only the appointments with a time specified.
the all day events come later...
about 2 seconds later...
Mmm, I thought that was the case, but no, for me it's totally random. Timed, untimed, all day, whatever, and the delay is more than 2 seconds, that's for sure
have you messed around with the weather database?

other than delete and add cities (legitimately), no other changes and no tweaking/hacking of any kind.
out of curiosity, why would the weather database have an impact on the calendar?
Pete
My calendar come sup nearly immediately
BUT my SMS tab is a nightmare to come up... (Same like 5 to 10 seconds...)

when you open a day in calendar the weather is displayed in the day view...so if ther's a problem with cities in the database it could be the culprit of the delay.
i messed with the city database with a program, and i had problem in the calendar view and in the clock/alarm view, because the cities database had some trouble...
this happens to me as well, however the delayed items seem to only correlate to appointments/reminders set inside a contact. for example someones birthday defined in the contact has a delay while another persons birthday (same setings) created as a calendar specific event shows up immediately. apparently the fone just needs time to search the contact database for events. and does not need to search the calendar database because ...it's the calendar
Guys - this is driving me nuts - I could swear this worked before and does not anymore:
Stock ROM TMO TP2:
1 Exchange account linked
2 IMAP accounts linked
-the above as background for what it is worh and useful)
When in the TF e-mail screen where one is looking at the envelope, I think before I was able to "touch the envelope" continously (2-3 seconds) and the menu would pop up and I would be able to delete this message WITHOUT opening the actual e-mail (I basically would never leave the envelope screen)
This is not working anymore - maybe it never has, but I could swear it did in the beginning.
Could you guys please check on your phones - do I remember correctly??? Please tell meI am still sane and that there is a way to bring this functionality back...
Thanks all
Andy
If this will help you to stay sane...
My unbranded tp2 behaves same way as yours - there is no possibility to delete a mail without opening of it ;-)
Same here, had the same problem as you where I wanted to delete email without opening it or leaving the "envelope screen".. but just couldn't do it
Thanks guys - maybe we'll see a tweak for that down the road - this is a bit annoying (and slow) - the time to open a message (from envelope, TF, to Windows mobile view) is considerable.
I still somehow think this was working at some point but maybe my 3 marriages cause me to halucinate...
Cheers
Hi, Had to hard reset my desire this AM due to the sense going into a loop of force closing, think it may have been something to do with updating one of my apps. Got everything back to normal now except that any entries in the calendar appear seem to be 1 hour ahead of where they should be...On the PC the app't may start at 18:00 & finish at 20:00 but on the Desire, it says 19:00 & 21:00...this is for ALL entries (being 1 hour ahead of the actual app't). I have the time zone set for London / Dublin +1:00 as I'm in the UK...any ideas you braniacs?
Summer time maybe?
Thought about that & checked everything on my pc but that's all set up as it ought to be...I notice somebody else on here is having the same issue:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=669718
ta for looking in though.
Anyone resolved this?
Time shifted back an hour in UK at weekend. My phone is configured to 'use network time'.
Looking at it now, at 15:12pm, the phone shows 15:12pm accurately, my PC shows 15:12pm, but calendar items synced from my PC to my phone are showing the wrong time in my phone.
For example, I have a recurring appointment at 4pm every Monday, but at 2:55pm today, my phone gave me my '5 minute reminder'. That appointment is still showing correctly at 4pm on my PC.
As far as I can tell, Google Calendar items are displaying accurately, and calendar entries created SINCE the time change on my PC sync to the correct time fine.
Any ideas on how to resolve this, I surely *can't* be having to remove and re-add all my meetings everytime the time changes??
Hello everyone,
Recently I have started having issues with my calendar events in S planner, I am pretty sure that this issue has started with the latest firmware update. Anyways, I have set a rule in my work outlook to forward all emails to my Microsoft exchange email account that I have in my note 2, so when someone sends me a meeting invitation to my work email, it comes to my phone as an attachment (.ics) and I simply click on that and import it to my phone's s planner. This has been working great for a while until recently, once I open the .ics file I would notice that the timing of the event is 4 hours behind (I live in Ohio so the time zone is Easter time) but if I import that event to the phone, then edit it, and go to the time zone and change it from (GMT+0:00) to Eastern time, the time of the event shows correctly. Keep in mind that I have all of the Time Zones at Eastern time and I am locking my event to the same time zone too (in S planner). so somewhere the event's time zone changes to GMT+0:00 and as I mentioned before, only after updating to the latest firmware. setting the time and date as well as the time zone to auto or manual does not make the problem go away, the only thing that will correct this issue, is by setting the time zone to a different time zone than where I am (to GMT +0:00) and set the clock manually. I also noticed that if I forwarded the same email to my Google account and import the same .ics from there, the timing of the event would be correct.
thanks for any input
Am I the only one with this issue?
thanks for any feedback
You're not the only one
I'm in Amsterdam (which according to S-planer is GMT +2; funny, I always thought it was +1) and there's a red line showing the time indeed
+2 (no worry, setting the time zone differently in the settings section does not help at all). I think its a bug...thought it was a bug, until I found
that the time zone in the settings of the machine were off (at GMT+0) and then the settings of the clock jumped two hours. Easily fixed for
me. I hope you have a comparable problem.
I have the same problem. I have all theelvcorrect time settings in place. This definitely an issue with s planner as the time appears correctly in the summary view of the event when in month view, but is behind by 6 hours when you open the event
So I made a widget that will display a Calendar with the day and date of the next event by using Google's inbuilt calendar. If it's a multiple day event it will display the current day the event is on until it passes. Once the day passes and it's on the next day, the calendar will update to the next event. I have however noticed a weird glitch that had to be resolved with the third line of code where the event will say end on a Tuesday, the day will be Wednesday, and the passed event will still be the current one.
$#DD#<=#C0SD#?#C0SE#$
$#DD#>#C0SD#&&#DD#<#C0ED#?#DE#$
$#DD#>=#C0ED#&&#C0SD#!=#C0ED#?#C1SE#$
- $#C0SD#=?No Event -$
[sr=0.75]
$#DD#>=#C0SD#&
&#DD#<=#C0ED#?Today$
$#C0SD#=(#DD#+1)?Tomorrow$
$#C0SD#>(#DD#+1)?#C0SMMM d#$[/sr]

My question is with New Years coming around, my event for next year isn't showing because DD is greater than C0SD but I am getting somewhat confused as to how to implement the coding correctly in order to show the next event details fully.
(Also, note that the code is usually on one line, I've placed it on multiple lines for ease of reading.)
Any help would be awesome.

In regards to events in the new year not showing, I recommend dropping the D parameter and use yMMdd (#DyyMMdd#, #C0SyMMdd#, etc.). You need to specify MM and dd because you need both the month and day of the month to always be double digits with any leading zeros in order for the math that you're doing to work out.
Awesome, thanks for the help. I tried the previous suggestions that you made and they worked alright, but I'll have to look at the MM suggestion that you made.
Again, thank you for the help.
