may be some server problem better ask from ur operator customer care or change ur apn setting and restart your phone.....

Did wipe data,cache and dalvic cache?try that after you reflash the rom.i hope it solve your problem.tnxs

Dude its not the ROMs or the flashing error. It's the baseband of your phone that's causing the problem. I had the same problem with repencis and hybrid rom. I downloaded the latest firmware of my region from samfirmware.com and reflashed it. Now every roms working fine without wifi issues.

It started today. Everytime I try to connect to my WiFi connection, it goes in a loop of connecting and disconnecting and finally it says "Avoided poor internet connection". After I click connect, the signal drops from maximum to 1 bar. I'm on Arconium ICS, but I've been using CM9 before and I had the same problem (that's why I switched to Arconium). This issue seems to be present in all the ICS ROMs. Any idea to fix it?

There is another solution made by Mike Duskis at android.stackexchange.com/questions/22848/what-does-avoided-poor-internet-connection-mean (xda forums won't let me post the whole link). The solution involves deleting the files inside folder /data/misc/dhcp
Assign Fixed IP address
Hey i had the same problem on both Stock Rom and CM9...i did delete the files in the DHCP folder...but the problem kept showing up every few days....but i solved it completely by assigning a fixed IP address to the network...on both the router and phone

Turn off WiFi setting
What has worked on several of my android devices and my Win 8 computer is:
go to "Settings" and turn off the wifi. Wait 30 seconds.
Turn it back on and most devices will quickly connect.
A simple fix for the devices in my house. Good luck!

you able to grab a logcat? so we can have a look? im sure someone else had this problem and took it back to the shop.... (also you might wanna move this to Q&A)
i am suddenly started facing weird issue..i am nt able to download from play store via wifi
i could download before from my home's wifi ..but suddenly facing this issue..any help? i didnt change any of my wifi settings
and also i am able to download at my frnds place over wifi though soo no rom or phones issue
note- i am able to surf over wifi download also other than play store..
help pls

wipe play store data.
already done full wipe + sd wipe still the same.. any more suggestions?

WiFi Problem
I can successfully connect to my WiFi network, but after about 5-10 minutes of browsing (when there is nothing loading and the phone is idle but the screen is on), I am unable to connect to the internet.
The WiFi icon shows that its is connected but I can't browse the net. Please suggest a fix.
Also tried using third-party apps like WiFi Fixer, but I had to click the widget once in a while for the WiFi to re-associate, i.e., the connection wasn't automatic. The WiFi sleep policy is set to never.
I am currently using a CM7 ROM.

Flashed the file provided by you from CWM. Mounted system also.
Booted up my phone and tried connecting to my wifi network only to see the wifi error in settings.
Tried fixing permissions of the wifi folder but they were already correct.
Please help. Can't connect to wifi at all!

Not only the wifi, my bluetooth, radio, hotspot is not working on my phone. There is no file in system/lib/modules on my phone. I'll try this to solves my problems..

I have micromax canvas 4 device
The problem with me is tha...
1. Other fones are unable to connect to my mobile's hotspot.....it first tries to connect then stops after authenticating and is unable to obtain ip address.
2. When turning off wifi hotspot , it doesnt gets off...i will have to restart the device to make it normal...if i dont restart, neither device's wifi will work nor can other devices se my fone's hotspot...
3. Very low signal when connecting to other devices, and also very low speeds...
Really need help...m sure its an old problem...and i have not done anythng wrong with the device...

it is possible that you did not do anything wrong
but begin with a factory reset
save everything and then try i am sure problem should not be there !
