Change bluetooth stack? - HTC One X

I wanted to control my ps3 from my phone, and found an app called blueputdroid that let's you do this.
I downloaded it and it says unsupported bluetooth stack, download a rom such as cyanogenmod.
Thing is, I have cyanogenmod 11 so am wondering if I can change my bluetooth stack to make it work and how I would do this?
Thanks

Is it possible?

For me it only works on sense roms. I think it doesn't work on any rom past 4.2.2

Oh really? Any idea why? No workaround for this?

I think because 4.3 adds support for bluetooth low power devices which i think causes this

Nobody then now of any Bluetooth gamepad custom roms with working Bluetooth profile

I think its just the sense roms that don't work, afaik HTC removed/broke hid support.
So that's anything non-sense.
Cyanogenmod, Defrost, Oxygen. Maybe MIUI or Gingerbread also.

So that means a mouse is working on the wfs?

Yea, you can use ur phone as a wireless mouse/keyboard with that app.

That is not what the original poster is asking.
OP doesn't want to use his phone as a mouse/keyboard. He wants to use a mouse/keyboard ON his Wildfire S. (Instead of using the touch screen.)
As far as I know, this cannot be done.
I think the point is "can we connect kb/mouse wireless to wsf?"

Edit: nope it don't support it
I think honeycombe and ics have native support

Yea I've tried bluetooth keyboard compatible for GTab P1000. Paired status but not responding. Dunno whats wrong, bt chipset or operating system.

I think its Android. Google probably never intended for anyone to use a BT Keyboard/Mouse on their devices, so it was never implemented into the Android code.
Honeycomb and ICS may have it, as they are designed with tablets in mind.
I was asking because on the galaxy note, it worked via Bluetooth running on Gingerbread. So if I connect my wireless keyboard to my wfs, would it work?
I'm ordering one but I just want to see if it works first.

I can't remember the name of the app, but there is a program that allows 2 mobile devices (tablets and/or smartphones) to connect this way. The app for the host device is a paid app but each addon device utilizes a free controller app. In this instance, your HTC would use the paid host app to be used with a stereo, TV, computer, etc and your s3 (and any other phones/tablets) would use the free remote control app. I'll see if I can find it again

PS3 controller via OTG & bluetooth (Ridge racer)

video I made
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgQ_Ef11HOk&feature=youtu.be
edit: its the bulletproof kernel that enables it,
works via bluetooth now
Some Infos would be nice. You use a special Software for it?

Maybe the 4.3 BT works with the ps3 controller? I don't own the controller so I don't know.

Stock 4.3 GPE rooted rom with the latest bulletproof kernel thats it.
I'm on viperOne ans this Rom is more important than using the ps3 controller
Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app
Let's hope 4.3+Sense will keep that!
It's work also in MIUI By Adyscorpus (android 4.1.2)
i already test it with this rom and in OTG AND BT it work (in Bt with sixaxis controller app)
Works on the Google play edition yea, always knew that was going to happen, but it's sense that we've always had trouble with.
HTC Has been plagued by it since the Hero.
Was speaking to a HTC dev yesterday about it and he said he's not sure but it could be because of the kit that they have which works over BT.
Seems like a rotten compromise to me.
The Bluetooth stack HTC uses, shows your song info incar, and such, and has since my evo3d days, android is just getting this feature in 4.3 that was always my belief as to why they are different

Any one tried download booster port? Or is there any similar dual network downloading app?

I have recently (a few weeks ago) have started using SPDY. It does work, though you really need to use connection speed indicator on before and after to see results.
I do note my video downloads are better and clears up buffering issues with Netflix on my Vertalink 7500 series router that must be tweaked to work with newer devices.
