edit: its the bulletproof kernel that enables it,
works via bluetooth now
Some Infos would be nice. You use a special Software for it?

Maybe the 4.3 BT works with the ps3 controller? I don't own the controller so I don't know.

Stock 4.3 GPE rooted rom with the latest bulletproof kernel thats it.
I'm on viperOne ans this Rom is more important than using the ps3 controller
Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app
Let's hope 4.3+Sense will keep that!
It's work also in MIUI By Adyscorpus (android 4.1.2)
i already test it with this rom and in OTG AND BT it work (in Bt with sixaxis controller app)
Works on the Google play edition yea, always knew that was going to happen, but it's sense that we've always had trouble with.
HTC Has been plagued by it since the Hero.
Was speaking to a HTC dev yesterday about it and he said he's not sure but it could be because of the kit that they have which works over BT.
Seems like a rotten compromise to me.
The Bluetooth stack HTC uses, shows your song info incar, and such, and has since my evo3d days, android is just getting this feature in 4.3 that was always my belief as to why they are different

So as a favour if someone can try the Wii controller demo using djdroid Rom I would be very grateful for your reply here.
Thanks Dion.

Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
Sparta does not work as it still has some SenseUI internals.
I'm trying Open Desire 1.6 in a moment and will let you know. I'm just trying to find the best Wii controller app in the market now!

Well it works! I'm using the wiimote app here: http://www.appbrain.com/app/com.ccpcreations.android.WiiUseAndroid
The app finds the wiimote and applies it, you need to enable the wiimote IME keyboard of course but that's all good.
I have older versions of NESOID and GENSOID installed so currently they're not mapping the wiimote keys but am about to install the newer versions...

Lol it is the Nokia 5800 stand that I did not return when refunding that pos!
I've tried pink and cyanogenmod any roms working?

Don't hold me on this but try open desire

I'd pay $10+ easily for a good Wiimote solution. A touch screen is next to useless for playing any emulated games that require fast responses so I want to use the Wiimote. I switched to eMiui after someone said it worked on eMiui and Bluetooth doesn't even work at all now! It's ridiculous how bad the state of Bluetooth is on Desire roms - few rom support HID so keyboards & gamepads are out of the question, bah.
Hi, I just wanted to know it the wildfire s could support a wireless keyboard via Bluetooth and/or a mouse. If anyone knows please reply
Thanks!
Does anyone know
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I only know that the WFS can be a mouse/keyboard to control pc

So that means a mouse is working on the wfs?
Sent from my HTC Wildfire S using xda premium
Yea, you can use ur phone as a wireless mouse/keyboard with that app.
Sent from my HTC Wildfire S A510e using xda premium
That is not what the original poster is asking.
OP doesn't want to use his phone as a mouse/keyboard. He wants to use a mouse/keyboard ON his Wildfire S. (Instead of using the touch screen.)
As far as I know, this cannot be done.
I think the point is "can we connect kb/mouse wireless to wsf?"

I have a bluetooth mouse and I just tried to connect it to my Wildfire S. It wouldn't pair.
You need an app to control it maybe 'bluezime' will work search the market
Edit: nope it don't support it
I think honeycombe and ics have native support

Yea I've tried bluetooth keyboard compatible for GTab P1000. Paired status but not responding. Dunno whats wrong, bt chipset or operating system.
Sent from MARVEL
I think its Android. Google probably never intended for anyone to use a BT Keyboard/Mouse on their devices, so it was never implemented into the Android code.
Honeycomb and ICS may have it, as they are designed with tablets in mind.
I was asking because on the galaxy note, it worked via Bluetooth running on Gingerbread. So if I connect my wireless keyboard to my wfs, would it work?
I'm ordering one but I just want to see if it works first.
Do any of these custom ROMS support the ps3 controller out of the box, or do they all require the sixaxis application to be running? I know some of the transformer roms have this ability, just wondering if anyone of the HFX ROMS do.
Thanks.

That's because those ROMs have native USB HOST capability and something else that I forgot. HTC didn't include it in their ROM and Kernel source, but expected in the new 3.x kernel source.
I can confirm that usbhost is working in the newest HTC costomrom like arhd but you still need sixaxis to get it working.

I wanted to control my ps3 from my phone, and found an app called blueputdroid that let's you do this.
I downloaded it and it says unsupported bluetooth stack, download a rom such as cyanogenmod.
Thing is, I have cyanogenmod 11 so am wondering if I can change my bluetooth stack to make it work and how I would do this?
Thanks
Is it possible?
For me it only works on sense roms. I think it doesn't work on any rom past 4.2.2
Sent from my One X using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Oh really? Any idea why? No workaround for this?
I think because 4.3 adds support for bluetooth low power devices which i think causes this
