Installation Instructions
You must unlock your bootloader via htcdev.com (unless ofc you are on the dev edition).
You must have a custom recovery installed
Go to http://get.cm/?device=a5 and download the latest CM11.0 nightly.
Locate 4.4 Gapps via a quick Google search.
Fully wipe your device from Recovery if you are not coming from CM11.0 already.
Reboot into recovery and install.

Dualsim variants (a5dwg, a5dug) are supported, but not fully functional. It's not possible to make calls if you selected 2G as preferred network mode. This is a known issue so please do not post any report about that! I would suggest you to only use one sim card with the dualsim variants.

If you say something is not working then state the device your using. There are about 5 other versions of this device. Saying dual Sim isn't enough either.
Go into the bootloader and get the model where it says a5_***
Now you can say if its dual or single and more helpfully if you know where it came from. US, UK, Korea, India etc.

My dear frnd.....u can add APN . First boot up the device....do necessary things ( let both the sims search for networks and connect to network) Then reboot again. Now u can add APNs. U can set any of the sims to 3G. First change both sims to 2G.(using network settings) then change ur desired slot to 3G. Bt on 2G sim u will not be able to hear the other side while making or recievings calls...

HOWTO
Install instructions:
first time
- power off the phone:
- hold vol+ and plug usb to boot into fastboot (blu led)
- fastboot flash boot boot.img (from cm zip)
- fastboot reboot
- enter recovery, on boot led will be violet for 3'', during this period press vol+
- flash rom zip
- flash gapps zip
- wipe
- reboot
for update just flash rom zip from recovery
Google Apps are not included in this ROM. You'll need to find those yourself if you want them.

Today i flash this Rom and write working/not working list but download is very slow like 50kb/s and take this 3h

I flashed kernel but I can't get into recovery to install rom. I tried a lot of combinations. Any sugestions?

Why u r flashing the Kernel separately? Just flash the zip from ur previous ROM Recovery with full wipe.
Btw Recovery might be broken in Newest build

How do I enable Dual SIM?
To enable or disable, run the following command from adb or terminal emulator and then reboot. SIM Settings can then be found in Settings -> Multi Sim Settings

Note that Dual SIM mode currently has the following limitations:
Both SIMs are always enabled (no way to disable one SIM)

Changing 2G/3G network mode using the QuickSettings toggle is not supported, only do it from Settings.
Changing 2G/3G mode in Settings may show too many options if the language used is not English. If more than 3 options is shown, only use the 3 top options (which will be WCDMA only/GSM only/WCDMA preferred regardless of the actual label shown).
3G may not work properly if Dual SIM mode is enabled with only 1 SIM inserted

I'm trying to flash now, but it seems to be going much slower than usual (tried on cwm and twrp latest versions). Stuck at "detected filesystem ext4 for dev/block/mmcblk0p9". Any solutions? (same issue with both recoveries)

Not sure what model you have, but on my phone (s6810), I simply changed to single sim and voila, it works

there is a possibility of

I also use TWRP 2.8.7.0 but after I flash this rom and reboot, my phone do not want to boot, then i open twrp again and flash another rom Then reboot, its fine.

I said sonyxperiadev if you notice not Sony Developer World, so read carefully before answering.
sonyxperiadev is sonys github that sony releases AOSP device & vendor trees for their devices but not mediatek ones.

Hey guys.
The ROM works very nice, but after about a week my memory would suddenly be filled up.
If any of you have the same problem or just whant to fix it anyways here is my solution.
1. Boot into your recovery and open the terminal(for twrp its located under advanced).
2. type "cd /data/misc/sensor/"
3. check with "du -sh sensord.log" if you have the same problem(for me the file grew to 5gb)
4.remove the file with "rm sensord.log"
5 make sure no more data can be written to the file "cp -a /dev/null sensord.log"
I hope this helped someone

I selled my phone, if one of you considers to be a tester i will work with this device, or i will abandon it.

I will test too when you got the camera working. Couse I need the cam too often to flash 2 or 3 times a day

Okay, I'm on it and testing right now @TRXteam What kind of stuff du you need, which log files debug messeges. What can I do to help you a bit?

Now about to download and flash to my M5, I'll keep testing for as long as you need... Downside is my SIM card port doesn't work

Thanks to all of you guys, i might have found a fix for ril, if one of you P.Ms me i will give the instructions for the fix.

Work on the camera and it will be extra rom

After installing gapps arm64 Play Services and Android.com continue to crash. Play Store doesn't work

Wifi works but i have something like this
NVRAM WARNING: Err =0x10
And it is all the time and there is no such wifi network nearby
Once you've entered the settings and clicked, more settings are turned off
Gapps I have the same as a friend @Tilleruez after installation Play Services and Android.com continue to crash. Play Store doesn't work
