[Q] Desire HD only boots in safe mode.

Hello everyone
Yesterday I tried to reboot my phone because it froze.
After the phone turned down and tried to boot up the only thing it did was showing a green led light (as when the phone is fully charged) and vibrate for 5 times.
As I toughed it was bricked I peeled the battery out and went to sleep.
This morning I putted the battery back in my phone and it booted, but only in safemode.
I noticed that my volume down button only worked in the bootloader and not in recovery or in a safe-booted Android.
I tried serval things like putting the battery out, heating my phone, even got the volume keys out and than booted it but nothing worked.
Then I tried flashing a new Rom but it booted in safe mode right after flashing.
Also factory reset in the bootloader doesnt change a thing.
Can someone help me please?
Thanks in advance!

[Q] Blank screen, constant reboots, etc

Alright so I'm guessing i might have a broken flex cable, i don't know because of what is happening.
Don't even know where a good place to buy one.
But; first off, I don't use the phone anymore, it just its on my desk, sometimes I touch it, sometimes I don't.
When I was first getting the blank screen issue, the phone just had been sitting on my desk with the screen on (stay awake), several days later, the screen would be off and refused to come on.
Back then I was using a JB rom. Which I was told JB kernels had problems.
I can boot into fastboot and flash a new kernel and it doesn't change anything.
But now if I load up Flashtool, and boot the phone into flashmode, it will reset itself while flashtool is trying to read from it, then boot itself back into flashmode, then a few seconds later reboot itself again.
Last time I got the phone's display to come on, it was because I was able to use flashmode to flash to it before it rebooted itself.
If I try to boot the device, it will display a white LED for several seconds, then flash a few colors before going back to white and the phone resetting again.
Are these all symptoms of a broken flex cable? It makes no sense to me why fastboot mode is fine, but everything else constantly reboots.
I've tried different kernels and roms to make sure there wasn't a problem in that area.

Phone only stays shows Sony Logo for a second and shut off

Hey guys.
I am having a problem with my phone (C6503) is when I boot up my phone, it will show the Sony logo for a second and shut off again. When I plug my phone into the charger, it will do this in a loop.
This all started when I flashed MIUI v5 from here (I have a locked bootloader, and it can't be unlocked): ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2520793 ) and I was simply using it one time and it was suddenly shutting off on me. The phone would also would also say the battery was at 85% then shut off on me and when I turned it back on, it said it was 5%. It got worse, when I powered on my phone while the charger was in, it would boot up, and when I unplugged the charger, it would shut off. Now, when I power on the phone, it displays the Sony logo for a second, and then shuts off.
Thankfully, I can still access Flashboot and FastBoot mode on the phone when it's plugged into a computer.
At first, I thought it was my ROM that I flashed earlier, so I tried flashing a stock ROM that I came from earlier. I tried a couple of stock ROMs and it didn't work, I also tried flashing stock kernels to it, too, and no change. I'm starting to think that my phone could possibly be dying on me from a hardware prospective instead of a software prospective, and it may not be the ROM I flashed earlier, since I was able to use it earlier before this started to happen.
Any help will be thanked.
I`m having the exact same problem (it started when I flashed the same rom, btw), did you find a way to solve this?
I have this problem too... my xperia is c6504 and I can't find a stock for it, I tried everything.. need help

Bizzare Issue on HTC

Hi guys
I seem to have an incredibly weird issue on my HTC. It is rooted and running DU 6.0.1.
For some reason, despite the battery being 60%+, whenever I unplug my phone from power it just switches off. If I try to reboot it/go to recovery, it starts up for a second and goes off. However, it seems to function normally when it is plugged in via usb. I can access recovery as well. I have tried to reflash as well as a full wipe, but nothing seems to work.
Im thinking something went wrong with the boot.img maybe ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe its a stupid inquiry but does battery work as it should in stock rom? so that you can be absolutely sure its not faulty battery that's creating issues.because two things happen(in my experience when something goes wrong with boot.img) either its stuck at splash screen (hboot) with red text OR it goes blank but not off, just blank
Definitely isnt the battery. I am not experiencing any drain and it functions completely normally when plugged it. When I unplug, it works fine for a few min and then switches off. It will then not turn on, despite it showing 90%+ when I plug it in
but it happens in stock rom also? thats what i wanted to know .if you can full wipe and phone works when connected to usb, maybe you can run ruu and confirm that as well . If you can go to recovery ,make a nandroid backup.and try a ruu.
Yup, happens on stock as well.
Also, I think the recovery is messed up as well since it just crashes now when trying to flash something. It's having issues doing a nanroid backup as well
And no love for exe ruu as well?
