Hey there, at the begining it worked fine and displayed info abut time, battery etc, but now it looks like in the screenshot attached. How to fix it?
If you read the change log thread you would see that it's because you have your status bar displayed

Hi everyone - thought I'd widen my search for a solution to a minor but annoying issue - apologies if I'm breaking any protocols but I'm kinda new to this forum
I am using and loving AX3L's 3.1.2 lite but one change I'd like to make is to remove the battery status icon from the top of the home screen so I can show date and time in its place. I have a TBOpt reg hack that does this on all other screens this but its hidden by the battery display on the today screen (and settings screen as well).
From the ROM notes it looks like the battery today screen icon was applied as a hack originally...
!Included Registry Tweaks:
. Show Battery on top bar at Today screen
Does anyone know if / how this can be disabled
Many thanks in advance
Thanks

Is there anyway to fix the notifications menu so that the battery percentage is displayed in the notification menu? My gf has the HTC Imagio and i noticed when she touches the taskbar at the top of the screen it displays her battery percentage in that custom notification menu. Is there a setting or something to get the battery percentage to display in the notifications menu?
also when i go to settings and check the percentage sometimes it just shows the bar and doesnt display the percentage at all whats wrong here? my tp1 always showed the bar and percentage?
also im looking to get a custom taskbar as well are the custom taskbars functioning without any bugs?
download the Topaz Notification Manger in the CABs sticky
for the taskbars, check out tsowen's taskbars

Hi,
i got a strange problem with my S4 mini (I9195) with CM11 (20140505; snapshot M6).
On my device the clock in the status bar and the widget one stops working every now and then. This doesn't apply to the lockscreen-clock. If i rotate the screen, the clocks get updated and show the correct time - the clock keeps frozen though (it doesn't work further until the next screen-rotation).
I've got the date+clock set automatically via network. If i set it manually, the status bar clock gets updated, but not the widget (just unticking "auto set clock" is not enough, i have to "set clock".). Still, the clock won't keep working, it will just stay frozen till the next rotation.
I found already a few descriptions of this phenomenon on the internet, but nothing here on xda and no solution either.
Please, if anybody knows a solution, it would be most welcome.
regards,
d4foasta
if my problem isn't that difficult to solve or if i made some error i don't know it. Do i have to post logs? I came here because i have a problem with my s4 mini and i can't post in the developer-thread.

There was this issue in the s3 mini forum too, i think they said it's cm11 related.. you can check this thread for their solutions, some deleted a file etc. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2521593
It's a very common problem there
Did you ever solve this? I'd rather not sift through 500 pages of comments to find the solution, I'm having the same issue.
My wife got a new Fire Phone running FireOS 4.6.6. I rooted it, installed Google Framework and Google Now launcher. At least most seems to be working quiet nice (still some things bug me, like Facebook not working, you can't install Amazon Underground, etc.). Concept of many things is nice - but often not brought to an end..
Now, I am stuck with a problem where I couldn't find an answer (at least not one I can accept, hehe).
When I receive a notification from e.g. Whatsapp or Telegram, it won't show up as a symbol in the notification bar. When I drag down the bar, I see the stuff like "Message received" etc. But it won't show me something when I am looking at my home screen or the lock-screen. Can't you see with just a short look that you've got a new message? Do I always have to pull down the notification bar?
Even system status messages aren't shown. When I connect the phone via USB to PC, a stock android shows me this neat little graphic that the connection is established. With FireOS - nothing
Read this thread here and tried this NotifierPro, Floatify, etc.
But it's not as small, fast and nice as the stock android thing.
The thread there is almost a year old, so has something changed lately? Any way to use the notifcation bar like I used to know?
Or maybe there is a nice Xposed module??
fire os does not support status bar notification's icons

What a pity..
Any way to achieve it with an Xposed module? I think the icons could be done in an overlay or something, or is this no alternative?
For the moment I am using Floatify.. I think it just takes some days to get used to it
Hi - I just set up a new S9 (AT&T). I installed my apps and went through some out of the box software updates so its now running 8.0.
Last night I noticed that when on my homescreen my Status Bar is now gone. It comes back if I open an app or go into the Apps drawer, but I cant see it from any page on my homescreen.
I can still swipe down from the top of the screen to get to the settings shortcuts, but I cant see Notifications, Battery, Signal, etc from any homescreen pages.
Its actually making me crazy - was hoping someone might have some thoughts on how to remedy this?
Thanks.
Hi after trying all morning I finally solved this - I found a lot of other posts outside XDA struggling with this issue so just wanted to update in case anyone else is having this problem.
I was using a picture as my wallpaper. For some reason this was making the bar invisible (or somehow the color changes to blend in to the background completely?). I changed to a Samsung stock wallpaper and it was visible again. I then changed back to set my picture as the wallpaper, and now the status bar is still visible...
Whatever - dont know why, but it worked!
