So, I am using MultiROM and used it to install Cyanogenmod 11 Snapshot M8. However, it took almost 15 minuted to boot up into the OS. Furthermore, When I installed gapps, the UI too, became horribly laggy. Any Advice/Solution?

TWRP 2.7.1 (With MultiROM Support)
ROMS (Using MultiROM):

CyanogenMod 11 (Snapshot M8)
Paranoid Android (4.4.5)
I would try re-flashing it from CyanogenMod's website (get.cm). CM11 has been working great for me after doing it that way.
Edit: Disregard that answer. Just realized you arent wanting this as your main ROM.

I do want it as my main rom. Just dont want to lose my internal memory and too lazy to backup it. If it works well, i will switch.

Try a more stable version
Maybe you should try a more stable version like a snapshot or release candidate and most preferably, a stable version. Maybe its just a bug that your build is having.

Hi,
I would like flash my LG G3 with one version pure of android. I saw who had several CM version unofficial.
What version would be the most usable for a use of everything in daytime?
Thank you
Don't use CyanogenMod (or any other ROM for that matter) if you need stability.

I have Cyanogenmod 12 installed on my G3, been using it for 2 weeks and it's been very reliable, stable and fast. I can't recommend it enough.

I felt like giving paranoid android a go, seeing as I've been using CM for years now and wondered how different the two are these days.
But I've been stumped in trying to flash it to my phone. I'm running one of the latest CM nightlies for the find7 (not the s variant) and that states it's for the find7, find7a and find7s. But neither version of the PA rom will flash due to my phone version being the find7a.
Is there any PA rom that I can flash that is based on lollipop?

Nearly every project supports both 7a and 7s with a single unified build. CM broke their crap by listening to jumoog too much (even Nameless realized that splitting builds was a bad idea...)
The problem you describe sounds like a broken recovery.

I've just updated to the latest twrp and downloaded the find7 QHD and UHD version of the PA rom and still no luck. The error says the rom is for the find7 and my device is the FIND7. I also just want to double check the 7a isn't the QHD version of the device?

Could be a broken update-binary file in the zip file. People had this issue with some other ROMs. Will check later.
Q: When can we expect CM 13?
Doesn't CyanogenMod already build nightlies for CM13? You need to flash the Cyanogen Recovery first before installing CyanogenMod as far as I know. I don't know whether anyone has built the recovery yet for the Swift.
(If you mean the stock Cyanogen OS, it will be a while before COS updates to Marshmallow.)

If you mean CyanogenOS, the one that comes with the phone, then WileyFox has said:
"There will be updates available for Cyanogen OS for the Swift. About Android 6 Marshmallow, there is still no information available."
Hi, its been along long time since I used to change rom every other day and I need some help.
Lately my M8 stated to work real slow and I think its time to more to CyanogenMod.
Im running Android Revolution HD43.0 Android 5.0.1.
What are the steps I need to do in order to install CyanogenMod 12.1 and then to 13?

Just dowload cm 13 and gapps....full wipe like flashing Arhd and flash cm13 and gapps zip
I see that they just started nightlife for the marshmallow version of cm. I currently am using the latest stable release of cm for lollipop. I own the Nexus 6p and love 6.1 so I want to give my old n2 some love. Has anyone flashed the newest nightly on this phone? Is it stable? Also is there anything besides the usual full wipe that needs to be done in order for it to work?
