Previously I've managed to install WhatsApp on my Nexus 7 (flo) without any problem using the, 'install via apk and verify via spare phone' method but for the latest version of WhatsApp, I'm unable to install it at all. Anybody else having the same issue? The latest version is 2.11.301.

You can install whatsapp on your tablet using this app:
play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andromo.dev309978.app300737&hl=nl_NL
Tried it , followed the instructions but no difference. Directly installing it from apk doesn't work either.
Managed to find a more recent version directly from their website and its running okay again.

I rooted my KF using KFFF and used it to install the Play Market. There are many apps that the PS says are not compatible with my device. Can this be corrected?
You can download the .apk and install it that way. You may experience problems with the app though.

Get markethelper 1.1
It's somewhere on the forum and change your device to Nexus 7.

I just clicked "Install" (not using TWRP), and it worked. But you'll have to reinstall twrp and root after the update.

I'm sorry I did not say it right :/ I meant:
- I had twrp installed
- I received a notification from Google about the update
- I just clicked on "apply" or "install" (directly from Android)
- the update installed iitself, then it rebooted the device
- I lost twrp and root
- I reinstalled twrp and root
=> everything was OK.
Maybe you can try with Nexus Root Toolkit to uninstall twrp, then apply the update, and reinstall twrp+root

Try using wugfresh's tool to update it to the latest.
Goo has given me problems in the past, took a few downloads before it would actually install.
I figured it out. Once I changed the too.I'm download path to legacy from "0" everything was fine.

I had the exact same problem where GooManager wouldn't update TWRP. What I did was to take the Nexus Toolkit for Mac and changed the script file and just replaced the .img file.
Details here: http://www.hagensieker.com/styled-4/index.html
It worked like a champ but again this is a Mac solution. Also the Windows Nexus Root Toolkit will download and install 2.6.3..0 for you.
My V500 wouldn't install the latest version of qpair, play store says its not compatible, lol. My SGS3 installs it fine but the different versions cannot connect. I saw a couple of people had this problem, so I thought I'd post my simple solution.
Titanium backup on the device with the latest version, copy files via blue tooth (or email them to yourself) and install on other device.

If you are on stock rom it should work out of the box. If you are on a custom rom like cyanogenmod or others use this guide. Works great. Got it working on my gpad using it.
It should but I'm on stock and it wasn't working.

Today I went to show my friend my torque pro app and it was missing from my apps. I tried to re download from play store and get an insufficient storage error. I also downloaded the apk and tried to install and it won't install. I'm running kitkat and did use the app after the update was using it yesterday with no issues. I deleted a song I downloaded yesterday and un installed two apps that recently updated. I also deleted all files I could find searching file explorer with torque in the file name.
Anything else I should try I also dirty flashed my Rom and cleared cache and fixed permissions
