My Collection Of Over 30 1440x2560 Wallpapers. - T-Mobile LG G3

My collection of wallpapers I have started. All images are 1440x2560. Just thought I'd share with anyone that wanted them. Feel free to use how and where you wish.
If you've deleted the QHD sample videos by mistake, I have those in this folder as well.

Thanks. Sniped a few from your zip file.

These images are 1600x900 unless I'm crazy.

I just checked every image on my phone with quickpic, as well as the ones in my dropbox folder, every one is 1440x2560. That image you have right there on the screenshot has been zoomed and cropped.

I didn't zoom or crop it, just opened it in gallery, don't see how that would actively change the resolution. They look good regardless. Any way you could zip them and post to Dropbox?

Yea, I'll make a zip right now. Give me a few minutes to zip them and upload the file back to dropbox.

Only thing I can think is Dropbox is doing some sort of scaling on the image. All I did was tap on the image and save to phone.
Got the rar, that did the trick[emoji1]

Any chance for a reup? Thx in advance

Setting up a wallpaper

I did a search and continue to look around, but can't seem to find the right one.
I have an image that I wish to use as a background. However, the problem is, it seems to crop down the image (select a part I wish to use as my background). I don't want to crop it down. I want to use the full scale of the image. Is there anyway for me to do this? Or, do I have to modify it on Photoshop so it fits perfectly fine on My Touch G3 phone.
I hope someone is willing to resolve this issue for me and/or point me to the right direction.
if you post the wallpaper i will resize it for you
Can you tell me the dimension?

Try This
Try searching this site for the G1 template. I found it about a year ago. It opens up in Photoshop, but once you open it up, you place your picture in the template and it fits perfectly on your phone. Works for G1 and mytouch.
If I'm correct, you'll need a wallpaper size of 640x480 pixels and any multiples of that should also work. Bottom line, you should get a wallpaper with a 4:3 ratio. Correct me if i'm wrong though
isnt there anyay to set wllpaper of 360*480 so that the wallpaper doesnt scroll and set fixed?
no1???????
Use the app, Wallpaper Set and Save, just select the image and it makes it the wallpaper

Save Images

Today I have found out that you can save images with the Kin. What you have to do, is double tap the image (it might zoom in sometimes, 2nd time should work). After double tapping the image, it will come up with popup saying "save image". When you save an image, it gets saved into your camera app just like a screenshot. Enjoy!

P.S. using that pic as my lock screen, fits well.
Yes, but doesnt work with "hacking" purposes as the browser yells about the image not being loadable.
Long time .

Yeah, but its still nice to know that this phone can do that. I though it couldn't. Just educating other users.
hmm... this seems like it could be exploitable. have we tried this yet?
edit: anybody know the inner workings of image files? i'll look it up later but i have homework to do right now...

Amazingly beautiful work. Thanks for sharing.
Would you mind sharing the PSD file so I can use it as template for some of my own pics? Just for private use, I ain't gonna make them public anywhere.
Testing some new style..
Like or not??
Very clever. Nice detail on the transparent square. Thanks
Thank you ITJE.

I think it is possible to download individual files if the folder is opened before downloading. You can check individual files and download it. Although I think it is not possible to view the file before downloading.

Looking for another Wallpaper

There is a wallpaper I came across, and can't seem to find a HD version. I only have one homescreen, so the image needs to be atleast 1280x720.
I know that the Nexus comes with a wallpaper similar to this, but I like this one a lot more. Thank you very much in advance.

You mean you want that wallpaper you posted above to be in HD?
I changed my stock wallpaper for a 720x1280 black wallpaper

Don't take this the wrong way--that's an awesome wallpaper, but not my style. Sorry mate.
There you go... I hope it's close enough.
I was looking for the same wallpaper, couldn`t find it, but then I came across this one, maybe it is also you style ;-)

Please note that the forum will shrink large attached images. It's 640 x 400 now... That's why I put mine in an archive.

High resolution Screenshots

I've noticed some people's galaxy nexus screenshots are clearly much better quality than I'm getting with my stock power/volume shot. Whats the trick?
Can you post a example of what yours look like? I don't use any tricks and they come out just fine.

I don't notice any differences, so it's not ROM/kernel based.
Seems as if theres not rhyme or reason to the quality here....

Yeah, you should probably post some examples. If you're uploading them to XDA, they get compressed and you'll lose a lot of quality, but the actual capture itself is a full 1280x720 PNG (which is lossless).
EDIT: I see your examples. Don't upload them through Tapatalk, they get heavily compressed. Upload them to imgur or some other image hosting site and link to them.

Pretty much what he said. You're uploading them to Tapatalk, this compresses your screenshot. But if you were to actually upload it to Google+, Photobucket, take it from your phone to computer and upload it.
It'll come out as the screenshots as the one I posted.
