Many devs have neglected (I say neglected, it's a low to mid device so of course it will be overlooked) the XM. Also, just creating a couple of .bat files won't sort anything. CWM has to be properly developed to each device individually. Just wait and see what happens.
Okay dude lets see whats gonna happend.. Devlopers should create bat files for locked bootloader...

I just installed a custom rom on my arc s... but i think i didnt folow the the instructions so good...so now after i installed the rom the boot gets stuck sony logo.the led light wont even light up..an i cant even restore it with cwm..My bad was that i forgot to flash the kernel...I think..But i said it doesnt have to if i have locked bootloader...i have been stuck with this 4 days already search everywhere for help..please help desperate call.phone is expensive in my country
It's never easy to really brick an arc than a galaxy tablet, had the mainboard replaced. flashtool really a very good tool to revive an arc.
Calm down then try this 1 by 1

Hi, Janto
For me, just flashing a custom rom it can't block u getting into cwm. It may stuck with the Kernel's logo/bootAnimation but should passes the CWM notification first.
If you could provide info(Name & version) of your kernel & rom, it would be better for us to help you bring your expensive device back to life:fingers-crossed:
My suggestion is:
1. Use Fastboot to flash a good kernel (Anyone from the development section), then CWM, thought you know how to do a flash again
2. If above step not works, download flashtool (The top thread in the development section) and a complete tft files, then do a flash using the flashtool, this should give you a brand new phone.
BTW: you r BL or not? search for X-parts if u r still locked.

If i am sure Xperia S and Xperia SL are the same devices, only difference is Cpu clock(S-1.5 Ghz SL-1.7 Ghz) So i think its the same relock way as with Xperia S.

I am pretty sure that the relocking ftf file over here works for S and SL - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1527159
Also, before you relock, just be sure to flash stock ics first with Flashtool and then flash the relocking ftf file.
Btw, you can still update to official JB with an unlocked bootloader. Once someone receives the update in his/her country, the ftf file will be made and released here for everyone. Also, Sony has their official Flashtool for unlocked bootloader devices.

Yes. You Can Flash Relock ftf. Both Are Same Device With Different Clock Speed.
It should not create any issue.
USING FLASHTOOL
First Flash The ICS (Exclude TA in Options)
Then, Flash The FTF Relock (Include TA in options)

just re- reflash your stock rom .ftf with flashtool and do a full wipe bro
Flash the stock .ftf with your Flashtool
flash the ftf, or take battery out for a few mins and put it back in, go into fastboot mode and flash a kernel. you are probably better off flashing stock before this.

Your phone is Acro S (lt26w) or Arc S(LT18i)? Please check that because either You are trying to flash wrong ROM or are in wrong thread.
