Call up Google and ask them. Then, report.

Unsure.. Nexus S GSM doesn't even have it. Only phone with official support is the Nexus S 4G on Sprint.
The reasoning behind this is because: AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon have a partnership with ISIS and Google Wallet is their competitor (or something like that).
This is why Nexus S 4G has Google Wallet officially.
No root, no wallet.
Well the GSM Nexus S has been out for a year now and still doesn't have it officially. Only the NS4G on Sprint does. It seems that Sprint and Google had made a deal to get Google Wallet out the door. Other carriers in the US are pushing the ISIS payment system, which is getting in the way also.
When we'll see it officially on other devices? Who knows.

Google Wallet now available on unlocked Galaxy Nexus on AT&T SIM Cards

Yeah, it works now - http://installornot.com/2012/02/new...le-on-unlocked-galaxy-nexus-on-att-sim-cards/ and lots of positive tests here in the Google wallet payment test thread...
Old news, I'm afraid.

at&t no contract phones

I currently have the t-mobile version of the GS3 and the 14 day return policy for my phone will end on monday if i dont return this phone back i will get tied into a contract again, what i have been thinking about doing is returning this phone to t-mobile, then go to my local at&t store and buy their version of the gs3, under a no commitment price of $550. i would like to use this phone on ST (straight-talk), will this work? i have been getting mixed answers some people say they couldnt buy a phone no contract because they were not current customers of at&t, my other main reason for switching out from t-mobile is my crappy service 3g does not exsist in my town for t-mobile but does with every other carrier.
You shouldn't have an issue in buying outright if you go to a Corporate store, NOT an authorized dealer or national retail such as Best Buy or Wal-Mart. I should know, I work at an AT&T corporate store.
Also, you will need to SIM unlock the device first, which is easy and cheap, since you can buy the codes on eBay for a few bucks. After that you will also need to add/change the APN settings to that of StraightTalk, but after that you'll be up and running.

ok thanks i needed this info, when you say sim unlock do you mean that the phone can only be used with at&t sim cards? so i would have to sim unlock it to run off the at&t based sim card?
He means you'll have to by an unlock code to be able to use it on OTHER carriers besides at&t and since you're buying it outright ..you should be able to get the unlock for free.

AT&T will not give it to you the unlock code unless you have a good standing account, which he doesn't. Corporate stores do not have access to the system (well, not that part specifically) to be able to generate them.
Ebay would be much less of a headache.
You won't need to unlock if you use straight talk. You just order an att SIM from straight talk online(there is an option for t mobile also). You will have to update the apn info and maybe mms settings. I just recently did this for a locked att iPhone 4. I don't think lte will work.

Traveling to Europe Next Month, Question about Google Wallet

I just want to know if it works over in the UK. I don't have a regular mastercard, so if wallet works there, that would be great. Also, which phone carrier is the best for pre-paid plans for data? I dont' need a lot of minutes or texts, but I would like to use LOTS of data over there
You will need to use market enabler, and do note that Google Prepaid Card is discontinued, it will be removed from the wallet app on 17 October.

How to make Soft Card(ISIS) app work with Tmobile service on At&t Note 4 (Unlocked)

How to make Soft Card(ISIS) app work with Tmobile service on At&t Note 4 (Unlocked)
Hi
I have an At&t Samsung Note 4 which is unlocked. I recently switched to Tmobile service.
Basically I need couple of things to work mainly the ISIS one.
1) Soft card on this phone
2) Wifi calling - i think for this rooting is required..
Can anyone who did this before guide me?
If it is not possible I am inclining to sell the phone on ebay and get a tmobile phone.

Have you found any route yet in making t-mobile softcard work in your AT&T phone?
Use Google wallet, it's about the same as softcard, as far as WiFi calling you cannot use it on an att note 4 only t mobile and sprint offer wifi calling, att will in 2015 at some point, the stuff to do wifi calling is in the stock roms of the device

Google Wallet doesn't offer discounts/bonus that Softcard offers. My need is to find a way to make T-mobile Softcard work in a unlocked At&T device.
