Every since I upgraded to Fresh 3.5 my bluetooth is not working. I'm using the BlueAnt Q2 headset and for some reason it can't pair. My phone can't find it and the bluetooth can't find my phone. I tried connecting my laptop to my phone and that works fine. Any suggestions?
I had the sam issue with MIUI Rom. All I did was change the Kernel, and that work for me. Try that it may work for you.
I have flashed a couple roms and a kernel or 2 and somewhere along the line my BT stopped connecting to my car stereo. I dont know exactly when this happened because I only use BT in my car and I dont flash roms in my drivers seat and test BT after each one . Anyways, I'm guessing this is a kernel issue? If anyone has any advice for me it would be greatly appreciated.
ps. would flashing a radio/baseband have anything to do with BT, or is that just for 3g/4g/etc?
help!!!!!!

Did you try connecting your sgn to other phone?
[Q] Bluetooth pairing no longer working with official ICS update => What should I do
Hi guys,
I upgraded my Arc S and it's now running the official ICS update from Sony.
But now I can't pair my car's bluetooth system anymore (Alfa Blue&Me system).
The phone can see the bluetooth car kit but can't pair with it: tries for one second and stops, never even prompts for the pin code.
This worked perfectly in GB.
Other phones (samsung galaxy s2 and htc one x) with ICS do work with the car, so it's something with this ROM.
Could I resolve this issue by trying another ROM ?
Has this anything to do with the baseband version (70) ?
Any advice is welcome !
I got this problem before I also blamed for Sony too
But I found a solution finally
Try to deauthorize and reauthorize your phone again
The old setting of your phone conflict with ics
Hi,
I did that already, completely wiped the config from the car but won't pair

A workaround as been found:
Open contacts, send one via bluetooth, chose your bluetooth device, now it ask for pin code.....voilĂ !
Inviato dal mio ST18i
Situation:
I'm using a Xlink bluetooth gateway in my house to connect my phone with and I also have a Mazda CX-5 with integrated Bluetooth system with the latest update from TomTom and Mazda. In the Mazda, I use the Bluetooth mainly for the phone, but occasionally use it to stream audio.
Phone:
T-Mobile samsung S2 x SGH-T989D with ICS 4.0.4 (Rogers leak)
Issues:
At first (With official Gingerbread)... everything was working fine. Both device paired and all functionality worked.
Then, applied official ICS update from Kies software ICS 4.0.3 and Bluetooth issues started. I first paired my Xlink device. So far it worked. Then tried to pair my Mazda, everything was really slow but managed to have it work. Turn the car off, get back in the house and the phone is now able to pair with my Xlink device, but cannot connect as a phone audio. Even if I go manually in the Bluetooth menu and try to activate the Phone audio it wont work. Only way to have it work again is to unpaired the Mazda and reboot.
After reboot, the phone works great in the house with my Xlink device. Going back to my car and try to pair my Mazda. Same issue. The phone does pair with the Mazda, but I'm unable to make a call since the phone cannot activate the Phone audio.
Look online and have tried the ICS 4.0.4 (Rogers leak) and same issue with Bluetooth.
The only way my devices works perfectly is when I only pair with one device at a time. There is something happening when you pair more than one device, even if not both device are turned on or in range.
Anybody got the same issue or a fix to that?
Thank you and sorry if my post is a little long... but that issue is the only thing that make me not enjoy my phone.
I've tested many JB ROM's on my ATT GS3 and none of them seem to have fix for the bluetooth paring issue to Logitech boombox. My device always reports "Couldn't pair with logitech boombox because of an incorrect PIN or passkey" This was working fine w/ ICS on the same device.... I'd expect my device to auto connect to bluetooth speakers also i don't get an option anywhere to enter the PIN.
Any suggestions ?

Managed the find solution : I didn't know that for the first time paring you need long press bluetooth button on logitech boombox while boombox and jellybean negotiates the passkey. I'm sure this method was not required w/ ICS... anyways good to have the only issue w/ JB fixed.. so far JB feels awesome on S3....

Hmmm didn't notice any Bluetooth connect requirement changes between ics and jb. I daily connect to my car and some Motorola Bluetooth headsets.
