[Q] Android market, cant download apps !

Hey everyone recently i installed CM 7, but i have a bit of a problem.. the android market isnt working! Now i did read other forums and tried, ( google talk etc , but that didnt work.. )
Now when i download trough market.android.com ( browser ) then it does work?, but i realy want the market to work ! D:
please help me...

USB mount your SD card, and run a chkdsk and make sure it is clean. I recently had this same looking issue and it was fixed by a chkdsk.

thanks for your fast reply, but how ,akward

I had the same error recently when attempting to download applications on meXdroid ROM. It would only happen when I downloaded the ROM and gapps through ROM manager. Once I found and downloaded the direct zips from their website, I was able to have it running with no problem.

thats the problem i cant use rom manager cause it needs an update, and basicly im using CM 7 , and used the gapps that was under the tutorial there but sadly it did not work D: ,and do u may have the download link :$

I'm assuming you did all this previously through ROM manager?
If so, make sure you check the MD5, full wipe, and flash through recovery with the zips from the above links. If not, I don't know if this will really help.

[Q] Stock recovery for GT I8160?

Ive searched the forum and as much of the net as i can but cant find a custom recovery for my galaxy ace 2..im after removing cwm so i can use emergancy firmware recovery in kies..any 1 please? also when ive done that ive downloaded a stock rom from samsungupdate but i cant flash it via odin..theres no file that says code or csc or any of that in the zip file i downloaded..when i extracted the contents all i got was a file that says SS_DL.dll and one that says I8160XXLK7_I8160-BTULK7_I8160XXLK7_HOME.tar..any help would be much appriciated..

Flash the stock rom using Odin. Input the home.tar file extracted from the archive for PDA.
Then flash. Stock recovery will be restored

the so where do i input this file m8..I8160XXLK7_I8160-BTULK7_I8160XXLK7_HOME.tar?..as i said i downloaded the zip file from samsungupdates..opened the zip and all thats init is I8160XXLK7_I8160-BTULK7_I8160XXLK7_HOME.tar and SS_DL.dll..went into the I8160XXLK7_I8160-BTULK7_I8160XXLK7_HOME.tar and all thats in there is power managment.bin.md5 , kernal.bin.md5 , modem.bin.md5 , system.img.md5 , cach.img.md5 and hidden.img.md5

Try takin kernel.bin.md5 and repack as tar. Place in PDA and flssh with Odin. Or try the universal kernel flash tool. IDK if it works on GB though. Its in dev section

hello good morning, i have a problem with my Ace 2 GT-i8160 its not going into recovery mode,, put on cwm or teamwin and its still not working i even put on the JB update 4.1.2 and it still not work and i also went back and put on GB 2.3.6 and same problem not going into recovery mode.....
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED FIRST, IT WAS WORKING WITH GB 2.3.6 AND THEN I UPDATED THE PHONE TO JB 4.1.2 THEN IT BOOT UP AN TURNED ON AND THE PHONE WAS GIVING ME A NOTIFICATION WHEN I CONNECTED IT TO MY WIFI, SAYING THERE IS A SYSTEM UPDATE SO FROM I DO THAT UPDATE THE PHONE WONT TURN ON IT JUST STOP AT SAMSUNG LOGO AND ITS NOT GOING INTO RECOVERY MODE FOR ME TO WIPE IT AND CLEAR CASH.,,,, ITS ONLY GOING INTO DOWNLOAD MODE......... It's only been tested on i9082 currently but I don't believe there should be an issues with i9082L .
I used the "Villain" system which will also generate a "stock" zip so that you can return to a stock state.

its giving [ERROR] We need one sdcard moounted !
then i try mounting unmounting in 'mounts and storage'
i got error unmounting /external_sd! AND were also not able to mount sdcard

Quick format your sdcard(FAT32) and then try 2 mount it

ya becoz it is issue of cwm.
cwm does not support exfat file system used by i9082's internal sd.

i prefer using CWM by chotu rather formatting my sdcard ....

whenever i flash GRAND TRANSISTOR zip statusbar is lost.. plz help...

this is the new update but i didn't receive until now :laugh:

I had downloaded a new version but when finish downloaded and star installing, but failed. I don't know why? My version still 1.1.2.2.

The Update file is stored in /sdcard/Android/data/com.nokia.update/files/update.
However, once you update. The Zip file will be deleted automatically so copy it somewhere and upload it for others.

i was also getting trouble updating my nokia xl v 1.1.1.0 to v 1.2.3.1 but got the solution.
first download the update
then dont install it but open your file manager and open your system memory. open andriod>data>com.nokia.update(or similar file)
there you will find a zip folder which you have to copy to your external sd card anywhere
then switch off your phone
then switch on the phone and as soon as you see nokia on screen press and hold the volume up key and your phone will go into recovery mode. after that choose the option update from external memory and browse your file and open it. now your phone will do the rest of the work updating itself.
i will feel gud if this helped u plzzz let me know
(there is no danger in going to recovery mode of your phone)

Stock 3.24.40.87 Rom İMG File [Cancelled]

This project cancelled because ı sold my phone.​
Hello guys,
I create system.img of 3.24.40.87 stock rom. I created .img file, flashlable droidboot screen.
Step 1 :
Bootloader unlock :
Code:
adb shell
su
getprop ro.isn > /factory/asuskey
reboot bootloader
This method not open bootloader fully. This method letting flash .img file not letting open twrp.
Now you reboot to droidboot menu.
Step 2 :
You should download files for flashing:
system_14022016.img : Download from Google Drive
Alternative
system_14022016.img : Download from Dosya.Co
boot.img : Download from Dosya.Co
recovery.img : Download from Dosya.Co
ADB v1.0.32: Download from Google Drive
How to flash it:
Step 3 :
1) Unpack archive with ADB and put System and Boot And Recovery image there.
2) Then you should reboot your phone in the droidboot mode. (turn off you gadget then press Turn off button and volume + button)
Then go to the ADB folder and hold Shift + Right Mouse button and write this command:

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system_14022016.img
fastboot erase data
fastboot erase cache
Then you should reboot to system. Enjoy!

hmm. I try and it's work. But project cancelled because ı sold my phone. I don't support this rom...

Ok no problems my have this phone but no use, xperia Z3 COMPACT work great and buy Zenfone 2 Laser now for more update thx so much for your work :good:
