Is there a way I could obtain double tap to wake feature for HTC Desire 820? It would make life much easier, especially when my phone is laying on a table and I just want to check a new notification.

You'll need a custom kernel for that thing to work. There's a custom kernel but there are some bugs. Also, that kernel is for kitkat.

Thanks.
