Lately, cLock has not been displaying weather data for me; just a 'Tap to refesh' icon that doesn't seem to do anything. This has been happening across a number of different roms, AOKP & PAC included. I do see someone asking about this in the SIII Q&A forum, and it seemed to be resolved by updating the ROM, unfortunately that doesn't seem to be working for me (or perhaps I need to wait for newer updates).
Has anyone else been experiencing this issue, or have any suggestions to attempt a fix?
Cheers in advance
I am assuming you are running the stock widget...
here IMO is a better one... World Weather Clock Widget from playstore...
if this one works fine you will know it is the stock widget
I love the ability to add dashclock extensions to the lockscreen, but as of right now, enabling pattern unlock or password unlock in lockscreen settings turns off the "multiple widgets" feature. That is, the only thing on the lockscreen is the default clock. I was excited about 4.2.2 because of dashclock and was hoping someone could make a mod that fixed this issue. I'm rooted on Deviant v2 baseband MDL
Also I wasnt sure whether to post this as a rrequest or question, so I posted a request for a mod to fix this, but if anyone can solve this that would be amazing.
I'm new to 4.3, and I'm using an S3 (Mobilicity). Rooted, stock rom and recovery. I'd like to know if it's possible to replace the clock widget from the lockscreen entirely. I'm caught between the xposed framework and Puzzle and Dragons, the game just won't cooperate with the framework (crashes upon opening). So, I've pretty much given up on trying to get secure widgets and everything since PaD won't run with them, and instead would just like to replace that default clock widget with something like DashClock.
If there is a way to do this, it would be much appreciated if you could share. I've looked all over and couldn't find anything on this.
EDIT: Alternately, if there was a way so that apps couldn't detect the xposed framework, or if there was another way to enable multiple widgets on a secured lockscreen, that would be great as well.
EDIT 2: Is there a way to bring back the 2-layer lock screen from 4.1? I can't fathom why they would completely leave that out, I love the swipe screen, it's got lots of space to show the wallpaper, and can also be used for other things (like the widgets >.>"), while you still have a second lock screen for the pattern lock.
I am on the newest nightly build 2-3-14. I have looked all over the settings, how can I get the weather app on the lock screen? Thanks for any help that may be given on this matter.

If I'm not mistaken I don't think it has been included yet , many of the features that are shown on the carbon site arent inluded yet , its still a work in progress
edit: The only way I can think of you having the weather on the lockscreen is to enable widgets in Menu>Security> widgets and then adding your choice of weather widgets
Can somebody tell me whats the best way to avoid/replace/or completely remove (with a working replacement) the Sense 7 Lockscreen?
I'm one ICE rom rooted/s-off/xposed but nothing seem to work to my satisfaction.
I tried many custom lockscreens, most of them could be bypassed by menu key or used the sense lockscreen after unlocking, so I had to unlock twice. The Replace "Sense locker with AOSP) from xposed xtended killed my System UI and non of the sense xposed mods seem to work the way they should.
I love Widgetlocker but it uses the sense one
Anybody got some advice? Removing the clock with the "unknown location weather"(location services are turned off) and the apps would be a start.
I did not test it yet, but I noticed VenomRom has a AOSP lockscreen. Also, I remember xposed framework has some modules that replace lockscreen.
