I just got my m8 about 4 days ago. And i just realize that sometimes the screen flickers.
Is it normal or not?
What should i do?

Hi, could you please elaborate? What ROM are you using? When does it flicker, what where you doing and does it stop on it's own?

I am still using the stockrom & it has flicker in intermittent time and it will stop by itself

Dear All,
I own a HTC Magic around 2 years, and also using Android 1.5... I wanna to get update to Android 2.x or latest. Could anyone can let me know for the step? when i hold the key for volume down + power, than was show a triangle have a ! inside...then can't do anything... also i don't know hold what button, that showing me a : "E:Can't open /cache/recovery/command", could anyone can help me to solve it?

hi, i got my one x yesterday, i'm very happy with it, but i noticed a whistle while reproducing videos filmed with it, did anyone else noticed this? is there a way to solve it?

Yes, it happens for everybody, as far as I know. No fix yet.

That guy is me and yeah its useless although there's many signatories HTC will never listen that way. Ima remove it soon :/

although there have been [unsuccessful] attempts at a soft[ware]-unlock, the only known way(s) to unlock or s-off [gsm] one v is through a hardware solution. lg(e) tool or riff box both offer methods.
HTC won't give us S-OFF ever so forget about it. They won't even change CID if you pay em, this been asked already why not search before posting?

SuperCID and S-off can be obtained through various jtag methods: known lg(e) tool, riff box & medusa for gsm variant.

I think it should worry you, but then I'm a skeptic by nature. Better you should learn to do things like this yourself.
