Pressing the home button from certain apps shuts them down completely and clicking the app again re-opens them from scratch.
Lost many candy crush lives because of this

If I leave an app open for around 10 seconds the app minimizes but this doesn't happen if im using the app say i left IE to load a page and don't press any keys, it will minimize back to the today screen. It seems to happen with any app so it isn't just one program. Anyone else have this problem before? This is after doing a hardrest yesterday so it might be a setting.
I have a problem with my device (I bought it used, and have only had it a couple of days). Every so often (I don't know how to recreate the problem), the bottom three buttons just start acting is if they are all three being pressed repeatedly. Sometimes it stops if I turn the screen off and back on, and other times I have to reboot the phone.
Has anyone else had this issue? Anyone know how to fix it? I might have to wait for it to happen again, then hope it doesn't stop doing it before I get to the Sprint store.

I don't know exatcly when it started to happen, but sometimes when I turn on the phone using the home button it opens the recent apps and I'm sure I'm not long pressing the home button... anyone facing this issue? It's pretty annoying... it happened on both Resurrection Remix and CarbonRom...

anyone having random issues with their notification drop down? every so often, the pull down window will "lock" and refuse to move up or down after unlocking the phone or during usage. It's weird as the whole screen will shake and the phone becoming unresponsive. it's like the phone encountered a seizure and can't snap out of it. Sometimes pressing the home button fixes the issue, but other times, a hold down power button reset is needed. thoughts if i'm the only one or if others have also experienced this.
I've never seen this with my 5X. Is it only when you pull down the noti bar? Have you tried a factory reset?
So, I'm habitual about turning off my screen. I've noticed that occasionally if I leave the screen on the native messages app, and hit the power button to turn off the screen, it will sometimes trigger a phone call. The only way I can catch it in time is when I feel the phone vibrate.
Has anyone else have this problem? It's driving me a little crazy, because I can't seem to replicate it, it just happens spontaneously.
Not in the few times I tried it. I honestly don't like any of the Samsung built-ins so I only tried the message app for a few days. Like you I do usually hit the power button by habit mostly, but never noticed that.
