No. There are USB bluetooth adapters you can buy that will work. Search for Joystick Center Gold or something like that...
Sorry to open an old post, but has this been figured out at all yet? I sunk most of my spending into buying a ps4 and need a free way to do this.

I paired my ds4 by holding home and share until the light bar starts blinking, putting into pair mode. Then I just went into bluetooth settings and paired it. I never tested a game but all the controller button and sticks worked navigating android

Hello, i wanna play my games using my ps3 controller but i cant...does anyone know a way to do this.
Tmo Galaxy S2
In order to use the controller over Bluetooth you need to use a special pairing tool on your computer and an app called sixaxis on the market. Unforunately this won't function until we get CM7.
If you have a USB On The Go adapter you can plug the controller strait in an use it.
Another option is the Phonejoy Bluetooth game pad. This will also work right out of the box. They offer 2 models. One with dual analog sticks ($35) and one without ($30).
I cant wait to ise my ps3 controller

Has anyone been successful in getting a wireless 360 controller to work on their GNex with the wireless receiver via USB? I've seen it working on the Nexus 7:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1818552
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1792531
However these fixes don't work when copied across to our device. It simply isn't detected either by the OS or by games/emulators. Anyone with a little more know how could explain why it isn't working? Thanks

When I did it I had to use an app called USB TO JOY or something and re-map everything.
Edit: USB/BT JoyCenter

Interesting, I did see that app mentioned but only when using the wired USB controller and not the receiver. It successfully managed to map the wireless buttons even though it doesn't navigate the homescreens etc?

You could buy a USB OTG controller. You plug it in to the 30 pin port on your tab and then just plug in whatever USB you want. If you buy a powered USB hub, you could plug in the hub to the tablet and then both devices into the hub. It would have to be a powered usb hub, though. As the note doesn't have the power to run it normally. Without the hub, you could get either a keyboard or a mouse in, depending what you'd like. Although, bluetooth mouses are dirt cheap on places like amazon. Same with bluetooth keyboards made for android. Just go and search about places like ebay and amazon for them. Or, the method I stated first - USB OTG and a powered USB hub. Although, it may be more costly depending on what you find.
I suggest you use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. It's much comfortable and convenient to use. I use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse for input and OTG for usb and others.

Is there any app that can be made to transfer all input from one phone to another over Bluetooth? I would like to use an MHL cable on my phone but I can't plug in my xbox controller. So if I were to plug Xbox controller into my Nexus S and use Bluetooth to connect it to the Galaxy Nexus, is there any app to allow me to transfer all input like joysticks, buttons and all

Notice the n7 doesn't have a IR blaster. Is there any way to control my tv/directv? Was thinking there may be a ir blaster that plugs in the micro usb at the bottom or maybe some other way. Tried searching google but couldn't find anything, any of you guys controlling your tv with your new toy?

I use the LG TV 2011 app on my GS3 and new N7. The LG 3DTV I have has a bunch of smart apps like Netflix, VUDU etc, plus its a good replacement for the magic wand remote. In fact I prefer using the app over that remote, though I was surprised it uses Wifi vs Bluetooth. I find the BT smoother to operate.
do you have any problems turning on your tv with the lg 2011 remote? i don't get my n7 til the 1st, but my galaxy s3 can't turn the tv on for whatever reason.
You can always buy the Logitech Harmony Ultimate hub ;P
We have a Roku and use the Roku app. Boom

I use the LG 2013 app with my TV and it works great. TV has to be on the same wifi network tho. Also use the Roku app with my Roku and it works great also.
