Tonight I placed my g3 on top of my nexus 7, and it made it look like it was in a circle case..i.e. the clock appeared. My nexus 7 has a magnetic case.
I've been unable to get it to do it again, I wondered if it was possible to simulate a circle case placing a magnet somewhere? Anyone got a case and can tell me if it contains a magnet and where that is?
I believe it's somewhere on the rear

I just noticed today that bottom of the 2 arms that the screen piviots on when you open it is missing. Is there a way to replace that? Can I buy replacement ones?
It's on the speaker side (left side when open), bottom arm (not with the bar going across)

I just want to clarify something real quick, there are NO arms on the left side? Because there are only 3 arms in total, one on left and two on the right

Is there not 2 per side? Looking at it, it looks like there's 2 per side

Alright. Sorry. I guess I never looked close enough.
Is there a way to replace them if they break?

Not a problem! As for that I have no idea, I only think that HTC could replace that sadly..
If you can find the parts then I don't see why you couldn't put them in yourself.

I'm guessing the 3rd arm is just there in order to keep the screen parallel with the keyboard when you open the screen. If it only had 2 hinges, I think it would allow the screen to move so that it is oblique to the keyboard as you are opening it, which would look sloppy. If its there just to keep the screen in position, and not for strength, it would explain why there are only 3, not 4.
Yes you can replace them, and there is a thread here walking you through the process if you search for it. And yes there are three in total. 2 on the right, one the left, plus the cable connecting the screen and keyboard.

Also while i dont have the link on hand ther is a website that sells all the parts to the vision. Pretty cheap too. When i saw that new screens were around $20 i quit using stupid screen protectors....go figure i havnt scratched it yet anyway.

Hi guys,
I've had a Note 2 for a couple of weeks now and its a fantastic bit of kit, I have noticed that when the back cover in place the camera appears to be lower on the bottom right corner (more deeply recessed into the case back) and you can feel it too. However if you remove the battery cover the assembly seems to be pretty level. Just wondered if any one else had noticed this? Is this normal etc?
Cheers
Yes dats how it is...seems kinda tilted downwards

thanks

I know everyone has been hating on the black bar below the on screen keys, but I was wondering if it actually makes using the phone more comfortable since you don't have to bend your fingers quite so far to reach the keys. Just wondering if those who have used the M8 thought the same thing. Hopefully I'll get to play with one here sometime.

You'll get used to it . The main concern is the size of the phone so I think that will be your main problem.

Hi guys,
Can someone tell me how the quick circle cover works? I have it on my phone and really have no idea. How does the phone know the case is closed or open? How does it know its not a hand or something else?

In the case are little *magnets* and also in your phone .
If you look really close to the case you can see them (hard)

I thought it was something like it but for the love of it couldnt reproduce the effect with anything other than the case. Thanks!
