HELP!! i think i rooted and unrooted but no more recovery?

Hi guys so i got my phone it came with the ota update. i rooted the phone. then when i was trying out roms. i acedently said yes to the PC36img file.... and now when i try to access recovery i dont get a menu all i see is a picture of the phone and red arrows....
can anyone help me? i dont know if i need to re root cuz i still have super user inside adb :O

just redo the part of your rooting guide where you flash a custom recovery. When you updated with the pc36img it replaced your recovery most likely...
...and hope you don't get your heart ripped out for posting this in the dev section lol

Cant go back to stock rom

Hey guys i have to bring up my phone back to the store to switch to another one so i had RVHD Rom with custom recovery Clockwork mod
so what i did is downloaded stock recovery flashed it via boot and did the command fastboot oem lock and then i tried to download RUU Europe and when its writing the signature i get this error:

I can't see the error but is it the right RUU? Search the forum for
fastboot getvar main-ver
I think. Run that and then make sure you're using the equivalent or newer RUU.

First off which country are you in?
The one series has to have the correct country rom.
I would try htc site to get rom.

Help for finding the stock rom for HTC one X

I had uploaded wrong rom to my HTC one X and now i am unable to recover it. My question is : Is there any way to find out what is the stock rom that I have to use by IMEI number and where do I download it.

Go the general subforum and look at the first couple of threads. It litteraly says collection of backups.....it's all described there.

first where can i found the stock recovery ?
second since this will not make me lose S-OFF will it wipe my data ?
third i do need to root the phone again right ?
finally is this update worth updating to ?

It's been a quite long time since the last time I turned on my old HTC M8 and I forgot most the things I did learn from this forum (for the record, I forgot my old account too, dammit).
I now want to give it to a friend but before that I want to turn it back to stock.

It's running Android Revolution HD 43.0 and TWRP 3.0.2-0 is installed.
I found a backup I made when it was stock and would like to restore, but I can't remember how I made it nor how I'm supposed to restore it...
File structure look like this:
Does anyone have an idea on how I should restore it?
Copied the folder on the ext-sd but twrp can't see it as a backup and I'm afraid to zip it and tell twrp to instal such zip
( I just made a fresh backup with twrp and its structure looks way different, so the above one is not made with twrp)
