Z5 Premium Dual - Does Not Turn On...

I did a software update recently on my Z5 Premium Dual E6833, and when I look at it later it was off! I tried to turn it on, but it was unresponsive. No signs of life at all. Its completely dead. OFF button in SIM slot does nothing, even if I hold it for more than two minutes. No charging LED light when connected to wall charger. When I plug it to my PC, it was being detected as "Unknown Device". Tried loading some ADB driver but it was not accepting it. Tried few different chargers and cables as well. Also Volume Up + Power does nothing at all, same for Volume Down + Power...
Looks like it runs out of charge when it did a software update, it was still have more than 50% when I started the software update. ..
Can anyone guide me on what to do next? I am in the middle of the desert at the moment for the next three weeks, and no access to any local service center. Thank you in advance for any advice that you might have... :crying:
i am worried since you did the volume up + power button trick!
charge your device over night , hold the volumeup+ power button for atleast 15 seconds , the device must jerk thrice! remove fingers on second jerk . the device will shutdown . at this point connect device in flashmode and flash the kernel!
Thank you for your reply, appreciate it! I have tried that trick of holding the Volume Up + Power even up to 30 seconds, but for some unknown reason, it does not vibrate at all. I have tried it on numerous occasion but the vibration was not coming at all...

Galaxy tab S T705 not turning on without charger

hi guys,
sorry if i had to ask this i think i'm out of options that i'm aware of.
i have a tab s t705 which has been on stock firmware for the longest time(5.02, country PH) and a week ago it just died.
the tablet charges but does not turn on. i can get to odin and recovery modes but it does not boot to system. also it does not turn on when i unplug the charger.
what i've done so far:
. pressed the power button for more than 30seconds, unplugged - nothing
. pressed the power, home, and -vol buttons for about the same time, unplugged - nothing
. pressed the power button for the same amount of time, plugged - only charging icon with batt level, nothing else
. pressed the power, home, nd -vol buttons for a few seconds while plugged, gets into pdin mode but restarting it just goes back to charging icon
. pressed power, home, and +vol for a few seconds while plugged, gets into recovery mode and after trying factory wipe and wipe cache, still goes back to charging icon when rebooted
. followed a guide to remove the back cover and disconnected battery for more than five minutes and did the same steps - same results
. tried plugging in to computer where it was installed before - not detected, not even odin(3.05 - 3.11 versions) does not detect it
this tablet is absolutely out of warranty already and i sort of like this tablet. any chance i can still revive this, or were there some steps that i have missed?
seriously, thanks in advance for any help
If you have an DMM check the voltage of the battery it should be 4.35v fully charged battery, If the battery is faulty maybe that is what is stopping the tablet fully booting, maybe somebody else knows.
John.
unfortunately i dot have acces to such tool but i really am hoping that this could be just a dead battery.
i'll see if replacing the batt would fix this and reply back for the results. thanks!

A50 Won't Turn ON !!!

hi all,
my A50 had 35% battery life left last night,i woke up this morning & to my surprise the phone was completely OFF & it refuses to turn ON !! i held the power button for few seconds & this did not do anything, tried charging it & no sign of the phone getting charged !!! so i pressed all the buttons together volume & power & only then the phone displayed 28% on the screen so i pressed the power button & phone restarted !! i just want to know what caused this phone to shut down & refuse to restart ? i have never had a phone that did this before !! is it a sign of faulty hardware ?
Overheated probably.

It may be.
I also had not anything like that
I've had the same issue, left phone charging for night and when i picked it up phone didn't respond to power button or anything else.
Solved by holding power + vol up + vol down for 10 secs to reboot a device. (Or maybe power + vol up, power + vol down. Don't remember exactly which one is right.)
upd. oops, didnt read to the end of topicstarter's message, glad you've recovered your phone.

Power Button problem double-click/ghosting

I started to have this issue yesterday . I bought the phone a year ago . I didnt even drop it once . However , When I want to open my screen , I press the power button . Then screen appears for a milisecond and disappears . There is a disfunctionality for the power button . I am thinking about a hard reset . Do you think , is it going to save me ? btw When I am done with phone and want to lock the screen, it locks and opens at the same time. Power button is clicked twice from inside even though I click once.
