The question / problem is pretty straightforward like the title suggests.
Upgraded from:
Android version: 4.3
Baseband: P605XXUBMJ4
Build number: JSS15J.P605XXUBMJ9
to:
Android version: 4.4.2
Baseband: P605XXUCNE2
Build number: KOT49H.P605XXUCNE2
Flashed using Odin, no wipe.
Installed custom recovery: TWRP 2.7.1.0
Rooted with Towelroot
Installed Xposed Framework
Running Wanam Exposed, Instagram downloader, ForceNewActivityTask and Greenify.
S-Pen gone nuts, before this my S-Pen was all okay. Does not detect the pen on screen, only sometimes and is wayyyy off.
Mate I am no expert, I knoxed my unit for my lack of research but if you are in the same situation as me I would do the following:
1) VolumeUp+Home+Power
2) Once in recovery mode, navigate to Wipe Data/Factory Reset and select that with whichever the select key is for your device (usually Home or Power). Your phone will now appear to do absolutely nothing except display some spinning graphics or something similar for a few minutes before exclaiming that it has completed the wipe. For the slightly more paranoid among us, you’ll also want to select the Wipe Cache option, which will result in a few more seconds of spinning graphics.
3) reboot
This will wipe all your data and see how that goes, failing that I would do the following:
1) Wipe the data and cache.
2) Reflash with the Nordic rom
Hopefully either of those will work and sort your issue, but you will again to root if reinstall your rom, use Geohot's towelroot at least this won't trigger knox.
I am still learning about Knox myself to be honest and I would strongly suggest you read up on it to not void your warranty before doing anything. I unfortunately did not and have a unit not covered under warranty.
Good luck mate.
Are you trying use *#2663# on phone and do wacom firmware update ?

I'm not specifically sure where I would put this thread, but is a tutorial on how to upgrade your GS3 to a leaked JB official rom
(Bell).
Note* External SD Card may be required, was the only way I could get it to work.
*Forgot to mention this removes root, so you will need to root again if you don't like this leak
Firstly, follow these instructions on using odin to flash to the latest firmware. All downloads provided in link. http://www.theandroidsoul.com/mvlalh1/
It is pretty straightforward and similar to other rooting methods. If you have a kernel installed do not worry, this firmware will overwrite it and restore all stock drivers etc.
**If you get stuck on a boot loop or the boot screen take out the battery and reboot recovery and wipe data/factory reset.**
Next you want to download the OTA leak here http://www.hotfile.com/dl/171511232/8603d3c/SGH-I747M_I747MVLALI-OTA-I747MVLALH_BMC_325174257.zip.html.
After download, place onto your External SD Card (can also try internal but did not seem to work for me).
Now go onto your phone and power it off.
Reboot into recovery (Volume Up+Home+Power. Hold all till Vibrate, then quickly release and hold again. You will see samsung logo with "recovery" in top left but its small)
Now you want to Apply Update from location of the OTA leak (cache did not work for me).
Reboot.
You should now be enjoying TouchWiz with Google Now and JB awesomeness!! Lemme know if you have any issues. Thank me if I helped you out pal!

BUGS**
Only noticed bug so far is a blue screen flickering from accessing the task manager quickly. Random, and nothing to worry about. Overall very stable.
Google+ is preinstalled, and runs in background and chews battery. Disable it. If you use it then you have to deal with the battery life.
Is this a new leak

I'm pretty sure its the leak from around September. I'm not quite sure how new but it works well. I had problems finding the leak so I thought it would be easier for some people if I post the link here.

Asking for help on the forums is usually my last result, I can assure you. I've been at it all day now and I keep coming across the same answers and the same n/a issues.
I'm going to make this as easy as possible with the hope that some one out there will be able to help me. Because I hit my data limit and I can't even download a simple app from the Google Play Store.
My Problem: Wifi will not toggle on
My Phone (The current state of the status bar makes me cringe as well. I literally JUST got done with a factory reset)

A quick run through
1. The phone was running 4.3 when I bought it. (wifi worked)
2. I decided to root using CF-Auto Root (wifi worked)
3. I updated to 4.4.2 using the Samsung Kies (breaking my root of course)
4. I re-rooted with CF-Auto Root and flashed the latest TWRP
5. A few days later, I turned on WiFi for the first time and it instantly switched itself back off.
I'm positive I flashed all the correct stuff. I do my research before voiding my warrenty.
(for 4.4.2, I flashed the latest CF-Auto-Root-jfltetmo-jfltetmo-sghm919.tar.md5 with Odin v3.09. Afterwards, openrecovery-twrp-2.7.0.1-jfltetmo.tar)
Solutions I've tried:
-Reboot
-Took out the battery
-a few other little modifications I did in root explorer
-Factory reset
If you've any questions about what I've done or any suggestions for things to try, please let me know. I would like to avoid flashing a custom ROM for the time being.
Thank you in advance for any help!
You need to flash a different kernel. Then edit your build.prop and change.....
ro.securestorage.support=true
To this...
ro.securestorage.support=false

Thanks for the quick reply! Any Kernel suggestions for a stock 4.4.2 rom?
Edit: Or if I flashed your ROM, what kernel would you suggest?

Hello guys! Here a little update. I downgraded to 4.4.3 from 4.4.4 and the message doesn't appear anymore! Though I still don't know the reason for the message, I can finally use the widgets I want!
Thank you everyone for helping me out! I really appreciate your help.
==================================================================================================================================
Hello everyone! I have a problem that I’ve recently discovered.
I flashed stock image to 4.4.4 not long ago. However, whenever I want to choose widgets after 8 pages of widget to put on the homescreen, my nexus 7 (2013) would crash and the message” Unfortunately, launcher has stopped” would pop out. I tried to reboot and try again but to no avail. I certain think that there is a bug that prevents me from choosing widgets after swiping for 6 pages because I can choose widgets in the first 7 pages. But I can’t choose them after page 7.
I think the problem originated from upgrading to 4.4.4. Since my device is rooted, I tried to sideload the update but failed. So I followed a website, suggesting flash 4.4.4 using Nexus Root Toolkit. I followed the instructions and “go to the Options and head over to the Flash Stock tab and tick the box next to Enable “No Wipe Mode”. Then a message box popped out as the following image (picture 2). Is it the cause?
Is there a way that I can solve this problem? Can I arrange the widgets not alphabetically so that I can put the Jorte widgets in the first page? Thank you very much for your help!!!
This is the last page I can choose widgets from.

Odd... I did no wipe also and had no issues... I'd try to flash 4.4.4 again with wugs toolkit on the no-wipe function.

Do you mean that you upgraded to 4.4.4 using other tools, without wiping data?
Can you tell me how you did that? Maybe flashing to 4.4.4 again using your method can help me.
Thank you in advance!
In the last couple days I ended up moving my way up the Stock firmware going from N900TUVUDNE6 4.4.2 w/ root Knox in tact to N900TUVUDNF4 4.4.2 w/ root K.I.T. Within the last 24-hours I was tinkering around with the ROM and I cannot believe I was so derpy but I made a few changes with some apps and ended up doing a reboot. Well when I went to reboot the normal first boot screen came on

(mine is the N900T, I pulled the image from a google image search) and it goes blank after that. I can get into Download Mode and Recovery no problem, and I almost feel like if I just try to re-flash the stock firmware I will be good to go again. My biggest concern about doing this is losing my root and I wouldn't very much like that simply because to get it back would mean tripping Knox. So, I guess what I am looking for is someone who might have a stock System Dump of the N900TUVUDNF4 with root. Even better if it were in a flashable format for Odin or Recovery. I'm also open to suggestions to other-work arounds. I've tried reflashing bootloader, CSC, modem, non_hlos, and recovery with no luck. Before updating the ROM I did to a factory reset so that it cleared all data for a fresh install and have since cleared data/factory reset and clear cache. So, like I said, I am open to suggestions ideas, etc. I've done a lot of research and tinkering around trying to figure this out, but it finally came down to needing to reach out to someone.
Additional Info:
At one point I was getting ADB when it was sitting on the black screen, but now I can only get ADB when I choose update with ADB in recovery, otherwise Odin is picking it up.

but the system will be unstable because you changed the androd version from 10 to 11
so do a clean installation much safer
Most S10 users will never wipe their devices (I haven't ever for that matter, too many settings to wade through) so going from 9 to 11 has been absolutely fine.
