Are you in an area with weak LTE? I was having the same problem a few months back. Turns out my phone kept switching between networks. Ended up using 3G only for a while. Slow, but stable
I was having issues with data as well about a week or two ago. Tmo was doing network changes kinda hot and heavy. Have the data issues resolved for you?

I think the official MIUI has a CM base. At least it used to. Have not kept up as I lost interest on my Galaxy Nexus.
CARBON NIGHTLIES. | KROZ BROWN Theme | Crack Flasher
It does have a CM base. I thought there were two different sources for the framework though. Miui.net vs miui.us or something like that. I don't know much about it, I put it on an old Moto Droid that I got free for the kids to watch movies and you tube on. They could use it at age 4 & 5. Seemed pretty fast considering the limited hardware.

Was porting a rom and didn't have connection from the port. Restored my backup and now I have no 4g. I odined back to stock, started with a fresh TW rom. Updated my prl and profile and still no 4g. So I did the ##72786# thing and still no 4g. Even called Sprint and you'll all know how they can be. I know little about APN's but I know with certain configurations I can get it from there. Anyone that can direct me would be appreciated, thanks.

Look under Settings > Signal and see if any values are null or 0, or possibly even incorrect. (I've had AOSP-based ROMs change my phone number before.) Although if it is only 4G, there are a number of possible theories.
1. Sprint is working on the site. Or tower is down. (Very likely)
2. SIM-Card damage?
3. False profile settings.
IMEI is your LTE authentication basically. If youR IMEI is incorrect, you will be unable to obtain an LTE signal. I've flashed countless ROMs and have never had an issue with IMEI before so I doubt that's the problem - but you can check and see if the IMEI value under your settings matches the one on the back of your phone (under the battery).

Your MEID is totally wrong and so is your ICCID.
At this point flash Odin back to all stock, make sure you triangle way and see if Sprint can correct it.

UCCID is usually set to Unknown on AOSP roms.
I don't see an issue with the IMEI, either. But I would still recommend restoring to Touchwiz and doing a reactivation.

UVUCMK7 is the best option. The only reason to step away grin that is a device unlock situation. Using the 4.1.x modems you will see poor connectivity running on TW 4.3 ROMs. UVUCMK7 seems to have better responsiveness to changing signal values and post call LTE reconnection.

The philosophy is that there is a unified rom that serves all N7105 based devices. It works fine. I just change the build prop to reflect my device if I get itchy about what my about phone screen shows or need something unique to the SGH-T889.
YMMV.

By changing build.prop to reflect the device is a SGH-T889 and the region is US. I'll check an AOSP backup I have and let you know the lines you need to change. It'll be a bit later today.

But I thought the whole point of splitting up the t0lte into t0lte, t0ltetmo, and t0lteatt was the address the small changes between the three devices, besides the build prop. I believe the /vendor/samsung/t0ltetmo includes a couple more files than just t0lte. Not exactly sure what these changes are, but they're existent.

I have no idea, and ^ is the closest answer I found from a good search. If the hardware and kernel are the same, the ROM should work. You may have to change the APNs, but otherwise, it should work fine.

This rom (and most other) don't include a modem. So just backup your thing, wipe data/cache/dalvik and flash the rom and you should be good.
