[Q] [q] xperia s - date sync problem

Hi guys,
I'm having some troubles with my Xperia S and CM11 or PA.
When I restart my device it shows me the date of 08 february 1972, but I checked and today is 10 May 2014 .
So for this issue some apps (like whatsapp, gplay services, hangout...) don't run immediately but they show me an error and I have to wait the sync, and the sync is never istant and when it takes too much time I have to switch off the wifi to force the sync with data mobile. [It's not a wifi problem because it happened also when wifi is disabled from the start].
I can't post pics because is my first post, i can tell you what i see:
- the date is 08/02/1972;
- there are some notifications with a triangle and that is reported: "an application attemped to us...." or "your phone date is inaccurated! Adjust your ..."
- when I click on that notification pop up the date and time settings.

This is a known bug in PA. Your date get resets on every reboot.

So, untill CM11 or PA fix that, exists any other "stable" rom with 4.4.2 that hasn't that bug?

Well, no ROM is bug free,but there are ROM which have less bugs. You can use Carbon ROM v4, all most no bugs. Or if You want to use the latest v8, there is a beep beep sound in the call(the call waiting one) and don't use Google Now Launcher in it.

I know that any rom is bugs free, but this bug is very annoying, especially for person like me that use the apps of the phone as alarm clock.
So I'm looking for a rom with Kit Kat at that is almost stable.
Carbon rom v4 is based on Kit Kat? If yes, can you link me where can I download the zip (and, if there is a particular gapps, also the link for this)?

[GAPPS][4.4.x/4.3.x] OFFICIAL Up-to-Date PA-GOOGLE APPS (All ROM's)

As a work around until there is a better solution you could use Google Play ClockSync
If you've unlocked the bootloader and have root access on your Xperia LT26i, ClockSync is a very good way to sync time and date at boot.
It'll even correct daylight saving and time zones if they've changed over the years.

ARTMOD V 5.0 - Microphone problem

Hi
I have instaled ARTMOD v 5.0 rom, and I have one problem.
I can`t write in thread about the rom because i have to few posts, so...
Everything works fine, and suddenly my microphone stops working when I am calling to someone, or someone calls to me.
After reboot, everything works fine again.
Any sugestion?

Version 5.2 is out you might want to try and update and see if it fix the problem no update on the thread yet.

I have 5.1 Version. I did update via OTA just after instal 5.0
but now in the OTA Updates there is no 5.2 version.
Are You sure there is 5.2 already?

Yeah there is but some says that they don't see any updates, will provide a screenshot

So now I have 5.2.1 version of this rom. Problem with microphone disappeared.
But now I have problem with Bluetooth.
When i press settings of some device in Bluetooth the application its force closed.
Any idea? ☺

With CyanogenMod 13, calls hang up randomly !!

Sine I have installed CM13 on my Oppo Find 7, when I call someone, the call hang up randomly. Sometimes, I can call like 30minutes without problems, but some calls hang up like 2 or 3 times in a row.
Does anyone have this problem ???

Try to update another nightly and see if the problem is solved,you know,the nightlies are unstable, I am now on the cm13 updated on 2.26 which works quite well.

Hello,
Thanks for the response, but I found an alternative to avoid this. I enabled "End Call" by press Power Button like in CM12, but after disable it, no more hang up. I don't know why but it works now.

I have Updated My Phone using the above file link... But im facing a issue Where i can't call Directly from the lockscreen when ever I'm notified for a missed calls... It hadn't seen in the last update.... So far Should I rollback and wait untill i get official Update

This official update has some bugs with proximity sensor while call receiving and talking. so I am using Xiaomi.eu Stable... hope It's bug free

Usually, the "menu / return / home" buttons will go down and reappear when you slide up.
In recent days, the button bar is still present.
However, when I unlock the phone, I see the appearance animation buttons.
I looked in the "button and gesture shortcuts" menu, but it does not work or i don't know how to...

Earpiece problem

My poco m2pro mobile earpiece suddenly not working yet, give me se suggestions to overcome this issue

If its as a result of an update or so, u can either try flashing a custom rom (or a previous update of stock rom) or u could have to go to service centre. But preferably, before that just check out the telegram group of the phone to know if others have that issue and if they have a solution.

It happens with all poco users even they not updated it.
So am i.

Iam updated already but I didn't know that is a software or hardware problem

For me its some times 'call ended' problem when i am trying to call

Is the updated miui 12 running smooth?
