Yeah,this when Is better than lagFree,it contain News Features,it Bugfree without error and working on ICS without problems

For Roms Like AOKP and CNA,don use my Scripts,Because I f you delete you Script already there(in init.d) It will break some performance settings avaaible in you ROM settings.apk
sir after intalling your merruk 2.0 kernel in my sgy. i am unable to install busybox in it...and my sgy ram also decrease to 189. please fix this and as have mention busybox preinstall but it keep on say busybox not found in xbin....for that it have try to install it again but error message displayed so please give me some usefull suggestion
ur ram shows 189 ? u sure it aint 289 ? and merruk comes with busybox 1.17.5 preinstalled in the kernel and SU also.... and there is nothing u can do about it without editing the kernel

It's a bug in merruk kernel. Busy box gets reverted back after every reboot. Regarding ram your ram is shown as 189 or 289?

No it wont work. Youll encounter the same problem. Its not a BIG one.You just need to install busybox everytime you reboot your phone. 5 secs surely doesnt hurt.

It is unmodified STOCK kernel extract from .55 kernel.sin plus CWM with auto root functionality.
I made a little mod to ramdisk to make it auto root with SuperSU instead of Superuser. The wifi module also replace with the one from stock firmware as well. The wifi module in Advance stock Kernel is not compatible with this kernel.
The kernel work just fine but I notice some bug when I try to format cache or wipe cache it will cause your cache partition corrupt. So if you like to use unmodified stock kernel please remember NOT wipe or format cache.
Well if you already wipe/format and want to get around the problem just simply install other kernel e.g. advance stock ICS17 or my stock mod kernel list above then format cache after that reinstall unmodified stock or you can leave it as it is.
Note.
- 28/01/13 : just found a bug regarding to setcpu and antutu set at boot not appear to set both core correctly. Please give No-frills CPU control or Kernel tuner a try but remember not to use with pagasusq.
- To install by fastboot just extract kernel.elf from the zip.
- Source is outdate because I can not upload a big file. I will update source as soon as I get proper internet connection.
- Now you can update TWRP to the latest version using goo.manager or even install CWM. Check http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2173202

I think this is different mate. The one you provide is not the real recovery. This is the same way people use for Locked boot loader. The recovery is locate in "system". If you format system you will loose it or if you install new ROM which has script to format system you probably loose recovery!!
Mine the recovery is not in system partition. It is loaded in ramdisk. You won't loose it even you format system.

I did it but for now it is in elf format. Please check first post.
You probably not need it because if you already rooted with ICS16 which come with superuser then the kernel will not reroot your system.
I'm still learning, could you please explain or give me some info about how you find user friendly of superuser? I read around here and lot of people said supeSU is quicker.

The used Interface it kinda messy and had a lot of option but in Superuser it just a few thing and easy to understand.
I don't know about others but As far as I know and Experienced most of the xperia user and even my friend use Superuser instead of supersu.

It easy more than what I thought. I spent hours messing around with zImage within cwm flash-able zip of ICS16.
Finally I figure it out. Please try the CWM version of this stock kernel in first post.

It suppose to work on windows but you will need cgywin. You also need some other software like phyton 7zip java etc. If you have Linux then it will be easy to install all those software.

The other is a setting of the ondemand parameter.. this is for changing options.. my obiettive is to unify the most mods in one.. for ex:
Chose freqs
Chose governor
chose different setting of governor
Chose.undervolt
Chose scheduler
Etc etc etc
Sure, it's unusefull to.add all now.. kernels doesen't have those parameters..
the mod is simple.. whould you use the tegra3 at 1ghz max? You should use an app daemon (systen tuner etc etc) or use a simple script
Oc daemons use a lot of resources, and monitoryze the cpu.. my mod add the parameters at boot, and, nothin else.. so.. the same thing without an app witch could:
1) can give free reboots
2) increase the consiption

Hello, thank you for creating this. I want to ask about the USB Fast Charge. Currently I'm using KozmiK kernel which doesnt have USB Fast Charge feature. Is it possible to make the USB Fast Charge available with this mod? I already install the mod and notice that when you charge using USB, it stil shows USB. But I dont know if the USB Fast Charge is already applied or not. I cant charge with USB since the kernel have some issue when chargin with USB, the minimum frequency stays at 910 Mhz and cannot be lowered

Fast charge is a kernel features.. only kernel has it.. and it's impossible to add manually with recovery flash
If you turn on the fastcharge with this mod on a kernel witch doesent have it, it will not work.. the command of turning on will not find the sysfile, so, one istruction for nothing.. it doesent demage the phone
If you have issues with frequency, you should change kernel..
I'm on ncx, and it's bugghed too.. so.. it's normal.. source code is out for less time

yeah, my bad. i don't know, this is my recovery or something else that weird. i try flash stock kernel by arsradu I got installation abort. i flash it when i using cwm 6.0.4.4 it's ok, no problem. I think this is not the file that corrupt. I'm using cwm 6.0.4.5 that hadi posted in his cm11 section, and install it by ATE.

Look, my dear brother
He uses the hadidjapri 6.0.4.5 with cwm.
My similar problem had been.
Dev asked him to Arsradu.Had given the answer to the above.
I don't know what the problem is.

Android developers changed the format of the shared memory area used to store system properties in the kitkat branch, then made some further changes (1, 2, 3, 4). Then they added backward compatibility with the older format, but only in one direction — now an executable linked with the new bionic libc can work even if the init process is from an older version (the commit log mentions the case when an older recovery is used to install an update.zip for a new version), but an executable linked with the old bionic libc will not work with a new init process. The latter case is what happens when you try to install a baseband zip file using the recovery built for kitkat — every update.zip file contains its own update-binary inside, and in this case update-binary is statically linked with the old (pre-kitkat) bionic libc. Because of this incompatibility getprop() calls in the updater-script do not return the expected values, and the compatibility check fails.
I could try to update at least my baseband zip files with a new update-binary, but this will take some time to check whether this could really work with different recovery versions, and then to upload all those files and update links to them.
BTW, the CWM recovery 6.0.4.5 image from this thread seems to be built in the 4.3.1 (JB) environment, therefore baseband update zips should be installable with this recovery version (however, I'm not sure about compatibility with kitkat ROMs).

maybe this is the answer to our problem.
Someone could try arco cwm 6.0.4.5, it is built in 4.3.1 enviroment the others should be 4.4.1 enviroment
i have a bug to report with this kernel: it's almost 1hour and a half that i'm surfing the web, using facebook app and playing, and my phone battery's percentage stuck at 23%!! (the percentage that was when i rebooted the device after flashing this rom)

Thanks for the report. I think I used the wrong zImage while compiling. I will fix it when I get home.

And remember that you can successfully flash "anykernel" version if you're running the stock kernel by Radu. Other than that you can face some system apps FC.
One can easily flash "anykernel" version over the stock kernel only once. The reason is the ramdisk.

Anykernel only flashes the kernel zImage and modules not the ramdisk. So this is a modified one and there is no battery stuck problem.

ramdisk is a small partition image that is mounted by the kernel at boot time. It only contains init and a few config files. It is used to start init which will mount the rest of the system images properly and run the init procedure.
Just googled it as I dont know the exact definition...
