Removing Instruction :
1) Install Root Explorer App
2) navigate to data/local and delete the bootanimation.zip. (if its there or else no problem)
3) Replace the bootanimation.zip in system/media with new one.
4) Set permission to rw-r-r.

1)This banimation is for custom ROMs only bcoz I think for stock roms we need 2 .qmg files .
2)I want to ask u that why u have changed the resolution of pics to 480x292? Is there a specific reason for that bcoz grand's res. is 800x400(approx)

Hello Aeyan Ashraf,
Answers to your question is as follows,
1) No the bootanimation can be used in stock too has stock can have either .qmg file or .zip file. Regarding flashing this one you can try it and see have a backup before doing it and do let me know too has i m not on stock righ noe i cant check it. otherwise just take bootanimation.zip from my flashable zip and copy it to system/media and change permission to rw-r-r. backup and remove .qmg file.
2) yeah there is a reason for that. The thing is that Nexus devices have that bootanimation in center with Res 625X380 were has our device has 480X800 Res so i resized lower resolution ( Width) to 480 Res which changes Automatically other one to 292 for better Image. U can't resize to 480X800 Res it can spoil the quality of Image. No probs with this has it is inside the max Res of device..
Any doubts feel free to ask

ATTENTION : This is not working on Stock Roms for now, I will try to provide one for Stock soon!
I took the centered clock from here and the Icons from a Rom I downloaded in Sony Section somewhere, it works with Aosp from here but should also work on any other odexed Rom. Please backup your original SystemUi first (only the .apk) then overwrite it with the one you download here.
It's not that special but I like it and as I don't have to give very much to the community I thought I share..
Use Es Explorer or any rootexplorer you like.

EDIT : To stay on the safe side, the Credit for the centered Clock goes to saigetshu, he made a flashable zip for some other Rom/Version I think so I took the status_bar.xml from his .zip and copied into my orginal SystemUI.apk !

Also it should work with odexed AND deodexed but please backup your orginal systemui.apk first !!!

No Problem, you can copy the Icons into the folder /res/drawable-mdpi by yourself or attach your systemui.apk here so I can do it for you.

CM7.2 RC0, in my case SystemUI worked but the info text in the status bar is blended with the date and time. Also, shadows of the icons and text remains there for quite long time. In generally it's not what I expected as I have used many other mods with SystemUI without similar issues.
Yes I know, for now I can not fix it as I don't have the time :-(
I am using it for myself, too, my plan was also to change the colours and get the notification overlay fixed but (grrr) 3 kids and wife keep me jumping around most time ..

I am working on deodexing stock and custom app/framework please be patient, there will be a solution, soon!

Thats really too much . The bootanimations contains 2 parts but you can of course only use one of them cause they're the same but : even if you only use one part there are 204 frame to edit... holy! and then you also have to edit the size...
Let me see what i can do... But if you want one with htc i already finished it.

So I've made another version of this boot animation, resized to fit the Ace (320 x 480) and with the HTC logo removed. If anyone wants to try it out, I've attached it to this post.
Rename the file from 'AndroidEatsAppleAce.zip' to 'bootanimation.zip' then copy and replace with the original and set permissions.

This picture is not only available in GB devices,it is also available in all of android versions.As like in ics version it shows an ICS ANDROID,In GB(GINGERBREAD) versions have a ZOMBIE ART....

Yup, it's in the drawable-land-ldpi folder in framework-res.

simple guide for change platlogo with windows(only the picture not the text).
what needet:
windows
7zip
framework res.apk
a picture you whant as new easteregg.
at first rename your new pic to platlogo.jpg and set resolution 720x480 or 480x720 for best looking.
now open,not extract the framework res apk with 7zip and go to res-drawable no dpi and copy+paste the new pic and close 7zip.now move the apk with rootexplorer or with aromafile manager to system/framework on your device and set permission rw-r-r-.just reboot,thats all.

with phone i dont know,but i think no.because its an file wich must be re+decompiled for change the text in xml.

Just download the whole files by clicking on file ( far top left..underneath TWCalc-Dark.zip then download..
Its a zip file so I'm sure you have to flash it!
Just to let you or anyone else know, monish, the calculator is working perfectly. Great job as usual mate.

if u have root explorer please check in system/app folder and tell me if TWCalculator.apk is present
if not , it hasnt been installed , maybe cuz of insufficient space in system
am sure it will get flashed if there is enuf space
Works 99% perfect...only problem is that the size is not right. It doesn't fill the screen for some reason. It's aligned on the left side of the screen and top to bottom, but there is a 10% on the right side that's emptry/void. I tried reflashing it, nothing changed. I'm on 4.2.2 MF8, rooted, stock kernel.

Works 99% perfect...only problem is that the size is not right. It doesn't fill the screen for some reason. It's aligned on the left side of the screen and top to bottom, but there is a 10% on the right side that's emptry/void. I tried reflashing it, nothing changed. I'm on 4.2.2 MF8, rooted, stock kernel.

Are you guys changing dpi from stock 240 ? Try disabling the navbar. As far as I know , sammy apps dont support multi-dpi.

DPI was the problem for me. I had forgotten about Samsung apps as I rarely use. Thanks

use root explorer or any other alternative
browse to system folder present in root
in there , is a file build.prop
edit it
go down until u see
ro.sf.lcd_density
give value as
ro.sf.lcd_density=240
save and close
restart phone

I MADE THE TAB PRO ICON PACK (so far similar to s5's icon) FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 PLUS AND IT WORKS ON GRAND DUOS AS WELL. GIVE A TRY

U can flash this mod on odex rom but have to follow these steps .
1 -Download the mod file in ur pc
1 -Open the mod file using 7zip in ur pc.
2 -just delete classes.dex from system/app/SecSettings.apk (Not from ur fone ) from the mod file u download in ur pc .
3 -Then paste the mod file in ur fone .
4 -Flash through cwm recovery and enjoy !!!
