I took the centered clock from here and the Icons from a Rom I downloaded in Sony Section somewhere, it works with Aosp from here but should also work on any other odexed Rom. Please backup your original SystemUi first (only the .apk) then overwrite it with the one you download here.
It's not that special but I like it and as I don't have to give very much to the community I thought I share..
Use Es Explorer or any rootexplorer you like.

EDIT : To stay on the safe side, the Credit for the centered Clock goes to saigetshu, he made a flashable zip for some other Rom/Version I think so I took the status_bar.xml from his .zip and copied into my orginal SystemUI.apk !

Also it should work with odexed AND deodexed but please backup your orginal systemui.apk first !!!
I don't have the time to change the colours right now but I hope I can provide this soon. The plan is to get it into light and dark grey...

No Problem, you can copy the Icons into the folder /res/drawable-mdpi by yourself or attach your systemui.apk here so I can do it for you.

CM7.2 RC0, in my case SystemUI worked but the info text in the status bar is blended with the date and time. Also, shadows of the icons and text remains there for quite long time. In generally it's not what I expected as I have used many other mods with SystemUI without similar issues.
Yes I know, for now I can not fix it as I don't have the time :-(
I am using it for myself, too, my plan was also to change the colours and get the notification overlay fixed but (grrr) 3 kids and wife keep me jumping around most time ..

I am working on deodexing stock and custom app/framework please be patient, there will be a solution, soon!

Yes it is, by manually editing the needed files (SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk).

You can use APK Manager, Google it .
There's a tut there too.
Otherwise, you can do it by replacing the files by hand on your PC, by browsing into the APK by hand (use WinRAR or 7zip).

Ive tried it a few times today but nothing worked when i overwrite the SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk my phone doesnt boot anymore
and also the APK manager isnt working
i dont know what to do now
Hi. I just tested this mod on RC 3.1 for captivate and got to says it looks good. Sadly the phone process FCed uncontrollably and got to revert to stock. Keep the good work!

If you use other version of Omega ICS rom (V11) just require and I will make it ASAP
Edit: I will make two zip file for each rom u require:
sense.zip is the mod of course
default.zip is the backup of your original file (it will be very helpful if the sense mod I made make your phone boot loop)
U should download both file and place in your SD card in case ur phone boot loop u will need to flash defaul.zip
Edit 2: Sorry everybody. I will offline for one week. Next week I will write a post how to mod this sense to your rom so u can do it by your self. If you had any problem I will help by my best.

I think u will not lose any part if I success in building that mod for your theme just provide me 2 file. I always make two zip file which one is default.zip incase you want to back to ur default theme.

I think that the rom must be deodexed, and I can't say certainly that it work on all the firmwares.

+1 yea agree with s.goten could you please make a version with stock notificataion icons and non-centered clock? that moustache icon is kinda freaky and not a big fan of center-clocks, though its kinda cool and different.

But this is simple to edit, they are just images, just decompile the systemUi.apk, go to res folder and edit the images, the transparent statusbar, i dont know if it only works on deodexed roms, but i think yes cause i was using the Rebel Rom.

@guigadourado where can we get the transparent images? what images do i need the edit in order to make that(the names of the images that need to be replaced)? can you please give a quick answer to that? appreciate your help and does it only work with live wallpapers or it can also work for static normal wallpapers?

doesn't work in wanamlite...first boot - status bar, messaging and video player was missing. second boot resulted in bootloops.

1. The status bar's clock numbers haven't become white for me
2. In the contacts, the options .menu is very dark.. refer to attached screenshot..

1. i havent touched clock.. its stock.. white clock in my screenies is as m using disaster system ui which has option to change clock colour.. i will look to change clock colour to white.
2. The menu is made like this.. when u select any app whatsapp in ur screeny the always and just once buttons will change its color.. its not a bug..

It doesn't show any error, I leave it installing about 10 minutes, but never ends...
u have to install this theme using cmw.. it takes a minute at most.. try downloading again may b u got a bad file..

Just download the whole files by clicking on file ( far top left..underneath TWCalc-Dark.zip then download..
Its a zip file so I'm sure you have to flash it!
Just to let you or anyone else know, monish, the calculator is working perfectly. Great job as usual mate.

What do you mean with: it is not working? Nothing changed, fc etc etc....? Some additional details would be fine, in order to help you.

just like rodman said , i need more details ,
did it get flashed onto system ??
do u see app in app drawer ?
if u have root explorer please check in system/app folder and tell me if TWCalculator.apk is present
if not , it hasnt been installed , maybe cuz of insufficient space in system
am sure it will get flashed if there is enuf space
Works 99% perfect...only problem is that the size is not right. It doesn't fill the screen for some reason. It's aligned on the left side of the screen and top to bottom, but there is a 10% on the right side that's emptry/void. I tried reflashing it, nothing changed. I'm on 4.2.2 MF8, rooted, stock kernel.

Are you guys changing dpi from stock 240 ? Try disabling the navbar. As far as I know , sammy apps dont support multi-dpi.

DPI was the problem for me. I had forgotten about Samsung apps as I rarely use. Thanks

and then remove navbar

use root explorer or any other alternative
browse to system folder present in root
in there , is a file build.prop
edit it
go down until u see
ro.sf.lcd_density
give value as
ro.sf.lcd_density=240
save and close
restart phone
