Hey,
i was searching for some simple statusbar mods as flashable zips
like center clock or change color of clock
or different battery mods for AOSP.
is someone working on something like this or can guide me where to change something in System UI ?
thanks in advace
You can get a custom ROM like Xylon or Codefire which has settings and themes to do this
i don't want any rom. i tested nearly every rom and stock rom is the best so far.
i just want to mod little things.. like i said center clock and some stuff like that
Here is a link for some battery icon mods:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2037171
I would suggest using an app for different clocks. Lots of them in the play store.
would like to see a app that can do this to. changing or hiding the clock and alarm symbol. hope someone can make this
Can anyone please explain what are Morphology Mod and Xposed Framework in a noobish way, the original threads describe them in a too technical way...
1.what they are ?
2.what they do ?

Xpose is an app which gives you a lot of different choices you can make to decorate and customize your
phone like changing colors and styles of the battery, signal, wifi and clock icons in your status bar.
You can make pulldown notification bar different colors and even different degrees of transparent.
The colors of the toggle icons can also be changed to whatever you like and remove/hide icons.
You can also remove the entire status bar too.
There are ton's of other features and options similar to the ones I have described above, the list is long.
It's easy to use and you don't even need to go into cwm/twrp recovery to flash anything.
Morphology is the same idea as Xpose but it needs to be flashed like a rom.
It has all the customization features like Xpose does but it also includes full
themes to choose from as well as the option for the users to create their own
custom themes.
Good luck!
Should be worth noting that Xposed offers more possibilities outside of changing icons and themes. There are dozens of different "modules" which are essentially extensions to the Xposed framework that are a Google search away. And these let you do things like fooling the Play store about your location if you want a certain app that's not in your region, disabling the low battery pop up just to name a few.

See, I converted to GPE due to I love the way stock android looks over sense, but I came back to sense due to me liking the camera, h/k and blinkfeed. Does anyone know how to change all the status bar icons to AOSP icons and change the sense soft keys to AOSP's? Also the lock screen as well? I know it is asking a lot but I would appreciate it a ton. Thank you

Install InsertCoin and you can change the icon to AOSP in InsertCoin Kontrol and also change the lockscreen to stock. As for the navigation bar, there might be a theme in the InsertCoin market.

I want to get my status bar enabled but i don't know how to work that module in xposed. I have enabled xposed module and downloaded Xposed statusBar Sense. I downloaded the zip and applied it but nothing changed. I am running Viper Rom, could that have anything to do with it?

1. Download the dr8_whiteaosp_kk_sense6.xsbm.zip icon pack and place XSBM folder on the root of your internal sd card.
2. Launch the Xposed StatusBar Mods module and select "Icon Settings"
3. Check the boxes beside Framework, 3rd-Party Apps, Battery, Etc.., all the way down.
4. Set the "Icon Scaling" to 70px
5. Select "Select Iconpack to Import" and then select the dr8_whiteaosp_kk_sense6.xsbm.zip file you put in the XSBM folder.
6. Back out until you get the option to Apply Changes
Note: There was an issue on XSBM v2.3.2. I'm currently using v2.3.1

Use Wanam Xposed to play around with colours for the toggles and also notification background and colour. But, it does not allow you to change the icon/toggles style, only the colour or transparency. If you want to change the toggles, then you can probably flash a theme for s5 launcher. You can find some under the Themes and Apps section.
Cheers

Can someone please tell me how can I theme the status bar of the settings and dialer app. I don't like the way it got changed in marshmallow. I tried editing the apk but didn't succeed in finding the values.
i found how to edit the settings app but the dialer is more difficult
xposed framework, then theres a few htc sense apps to theme it all with.
