This? I am currently on task's AOKP ROM with a katoonz kernel. I have used quantum, carbon and liwuodsmooth before to namea few. I just would like a ROM which uses as little of battery as possible. Thanks
Hi Anaerobics. Unfortunately, we can not allow a question like this because it always turns out to be an argument between followers of different developers/roms. Suggestion from me is to read each thread thoroughly and try some out, and see which works best for you on your specific device.
Thank you for understanding, and best of luck!

What's the consciousnesses of the best ROM for the Sprint G3?
Really don't want to download them all, try all features and then choose. We need like a Download meter on a page that says how many times each rom flavor has been downloaded so we know what's hot and what's not.
Give me your feedback based on all features working and a solid rom with no issues. (plz don't laugh. I know we are not releasing broke apps/ROMs )

Every week or two, this exact thread pops up, and the generic response is: try them all out.
In terms of downloads, none of the Roms are hosted on XDA< so it'd be impossible to bake it into the site itself. Dev's could put it in their posts, but even that's not a good indication (Roms that release a lot of updates will have a lot more downloads with fewer users, for example).
In terms of what's best, it's impossible to say. I personally like some of the fun features of XYZ Rom, while Johnny over there is much more interested in stability (he uses the phone for work, you see). Likewise, Suzie really just wants to have a Stock Rom with all Sprint and Samsung bloat removed. Little Ralphie wants the fastest and most gamer-friendly Rom, while Carl wants the best battery life.
All of us will have different desires when we flash a Rom and therefore there will never be a consensus on what is the best Rom.
Edit: All of that being said, If you don't want to take the time to flash each Rom individually, I'd say look at one thread and look at the features list. You'll see a bunch of stuff that makes no sense to you, but you might be able to piece together what some of the mods/features might be. If they sound good, read through the last 5-10 pages of the thread and see if there are any stability issues being reported. If it seems stable enough for you, flash it. Otherwise, move on to the next thread.

Each rom thread has a break down of what the rom includes, what works and doesn't. Feed back on the thread is the closest to a meter you'll get.

This is what I do. I like Whiplashh's, and currently running MOAR.
Flastnoles11 has a list of them in his FAQ thread.
check out the ported iOS compiled from source in the original android development forum. most users have pretty decent battery life. only annoyance is that you jailbreak it every time the phone reboots.

I'm going to try installing a custom ROM on the Note, and I don't need one with tons of extra stuff I'll never use. Right now I'm looking at Synergy, but is there anything out there that is a clear best in stability and battery life?
Best clean and stable ROM with good battery life is always a stock rooted (de-bloated) ROM, period.

I suggest debloating a deodexed rom yourself and adding mods as you see fit..a good debloated base is Digiblur's rom in my oponion.

100% agree. I always try what's out there on all my phones, but my daily drivers are always stripped stock Roms.

Okay, so Digiblur is a good place to start, thanks.
XDA is a development site not a support site. As such members are expected to do the research, read through the development threads and decide what is BEST for them. The only results that would be posted here are what each member has found to be BEST for them by experimentation based on their phone/usage/setup/apps/signal strength. Please take the time to read through those development threads to learn all about the software you are about to drastically alter your very expensive device with.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.

Hey guys I was wondering what other stock based roms are available for flo? I'm looking for a stock experience with no modifications at all. Just like CleanRom. (I tested out CR but I'm looking for another one)

You are not looking for another one - you simply sit there and wait for other members to do this for you.
Check the threads, read and try yourself.
In B4 lock!
Try LiquidSmooth

If at least threads had a label like (stock) or something I wouldn't be here asking this. I have to take the trouble to check every single rom available while I can ask a simple question so people who know more than a I do can answer me. Yet you take the trouble to answer add a reply instead of letting it go or helping me out.

Though I do tend to recommend people to try out for themselves to see which ROM suits them best, I have to agree with you that sometimes it's hard to judge what direction a ROM developer is taking (close to stock, insane performance, extreme battery saving, feature packed, etc.).
Off the top of my head, I remember CleanROM, Purity, and SinLessROM being close to stock. CleanROM was the closest, while Purity and SinLess try to keep it simple but have added features I believe. I sold my flo for a deb so can't really remember if there were any other flo roms I tried.

Purity and SinLessROM, I'll check those out. Thanks.
Best rom pls
There is no "Best" ROM, try whatever works for you.

As stated... also this type of question is not allowed here. Answers can be subjective. It's up to you to read the threads and try roms out yourself... see which you like best.
**I will give a tip though... the best roms are usually all on the first page of the rom threads (as have the most users and support). So look there.
Try JellyKat V5. Its superb. Solid, stable, good battery life, comes in 240DP as well, N3 features, themes etc
Which is the best ROM on 7.1 for performance? And also battery life.

You are new its rather obvious of that so let me help you out. This question is one of the worst you could ask since there is no real answer to it. Everyone in here could give you a different answer so best bet is to read up in the threads and choose a rom with features you like and try it out. Also read the user reviews and come to an educated answer that fits your needs.
Just trying to help and I see this question often and I bet if you search this thread which you should of done before creating post you may find others have asked this before you. Good luck and let nandroid be your friend or multi-rom it up
