Based on Evervolv source and 2.6.35 kernel.
Only CLK with system on nand and data on ext4.
You will need 2 ext4 partitions!!!!System: 280 Mb
cache: 5 mb
recovery 10 mb
kernel: 10 mb
1x fat32 and 2 ext4 - all primary - partitions !!!
I used "my" 2.6.35 kernel source link check my signature.

Dear friend ... Maybe you made a mistake in :
1- Partitioning the ROM with Partitioning CLK ( use 280 MB system + 5MB cach )
2- Partitioning the SD card ... each of your EXT4s should be about 1-2GB ( Remember that it's better to use CWM Recovery for partitioning )

quick feedback before to go sleep
internal & external sd not mounted.
once booted it tells me that I can safely remove sdcard
EDIT:
internal mounted. but system (file manager/gallery etc) doesn't see it. can access to it from adb
and,
# busybox mount -a
mount: mounting (null) on /sd-ext failed: No such file or directory

name of the archive is KingdomHD2-V1.zip, it means that it is first version for hd2 based on second version for original desire

miui camera inside!not JB aosp camera.
NativeSD is support in default~
No multiling. Only english and chinesse.

1 - Fixing Arabic RTL
2 - add keyboard support Arabic language (unfortunately there are no Arabic language other the language of writing , because when added problems occur with the camera and music)
3- tytung-gb-r16 kernel more stable (thanks to tytung)
4 - add support Magldr and clk in aroma installer in a single installation package.
5 - delete some programs noy useful to get more than 220 MB free for (512 ROM) devices
6 - repair problem and Wi-Fi adhoc when using clk
7 - Other Fixes to increase performance
And other important features of this ROM :
1 - Video capture 800x480
2 - 720p video playback
3 - There are no problems with other video recording software
4 - Wi-Fi adhoc connection Works
6 - USB & Wi-Fi Tethering
7 - There are no problems with the games or programs that require Processor armv7 only or large games
And a lot of MIUI 2.4.20 features

Where can I set it to "OFF" ?
I sync my data with google, but I don't have a gmail account.
