I think I'm just dumb but I can't find it anywhere...

I have searched everywhere and can't seem to find it, and I think I'm just dumb but..
I'm new to this whole Android on other devices world, and I just loaded up that beta of 2.2 Froyo on my Touch Pro2, but I don't have any service (I am using Sprint).
How do I make it so I can get some service on this thing?

hey there,
does anyone know where can I find lots of boot screen logos to chose from?
I'd like to flash a nice one, but couldn't find any discussion though :/

Ive been searching at google images for "android", with the specifications of 480 x 800. Couldn't find mpre than 3 appropriate screens. Neither in this forum. Only boot animations. And im not much of a painter, so...anyone else?

[Q] Changing Lockscreen Wallpaper

Hello!
After hours searching the internet for a decent answer, I have not found any solution to my question.
Is it possible to change the lockscreem wallpaper without installing any other Apps? (Such as WidgetLocker etc...). Of course, the wallpaper will have to be different from the one in "home" screen.
Some say that the solution lies inside framework-res.apk, others say SystemUI.apk...has anybody tried this, or has a solution?

Thanks for your reply! I already had a look at that post, but the forum says that it works only on LG Esteem.
Anyway, I tried having a look into my "keyguard_screen_tab_unlock.xml", but the line which should[/b] appear, as it says on the post, does not exist, or even not in the way that it should.
And that is where I got stuck

Root and maybe a custom Rom????

I'm wondering if google doesn't work for you as you obviously didn't even do a search there to see if you can find an answer out of the 3 660 000 results that it tossed out with a simple search like "how to root htc one m8"

There is one method, you can also try Sunshine S-OFF ($25) and you won't have to unlock the bootloader through htcdev.com...
On a side note, this belongs in Q&A not General, I'm reporting to have it moved to the appropriate place.

Haha I did search Google there are just so many I was kinda looking for way others have used figuered if I generalized the question I would get a few options and not have to read our watch 20 thousand articles and videos.
